“Firstly, they must have a new owner or chef. Their online menu is not offered, and they have a new menu.Don't be fooled by them being located in a hotel, the food was fantastic. I placed a to-go order and it came out quickly and 100% accurate. It was delicious, hot, and well proportioned. The sauce on one of the honey bourbon chicken sandwiches was great.For a Friday night, the dine-in area was dead (and partially dark), but the staff was friendly and welcoming.I would definitely eat here again. I just hope they can stick around long enough for a return visit.“

He offered 2nd helpings (my only regret is that I did not indulge on that offer). Our meal was plentiful, delicious and presented beautifully! The bartenders cocktails (garnished w/ fresh flowers!) are pure elegance and his customer service skills are excellent! The drag show was a blast! Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. “I can’t say enough great things about this place, I make a stop every chance I get! I’ve tried nearly everything, but the Kale scones are amazing! The coffee drinks are great and delicious. I’m a full time working mom, and my parents who watch my baby while I work said the only payment they need is a box of broken tart pastries! The people there are great, they really work as a team and are super efficient. Saturdays beware though, people are lined up, and for good reason!“

“Only complaint was that the dining room was noisy, so that it made conversation difficult. Most likely the result of a large crowd, with a 20 to 40 minute wait.

Vegetarian options: Depends on how strict a vegetarian. It is authentic Greek cuisine, so there are many seafood options. Strict vegetarians will be limited to roasted vegetables and hummus dishes, but they will try their best to accommodate.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free dishes are labeled on the menu, but I don't think this is a totally gluten free kitchen with separate prep and cooking areas.

Parking: Large self parking lot that can overflow into other parking areas.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with children dine here. Many options on a children's menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Large dining area with good access to move around, including the washrooms. Very little floor transitions (bumps or steps) unless one is going to back private dining rooms.“

“Food was good but the service was wonderful. Sarafina who helped us was awesome, we had a number of kids with us who have GF allergies and she was so accommodating. We ordered multiple meals at different times based on when some kids came and gone back to the mall but Sarafina did not skip a beat, she was on it the whole time. Keep in mind they were very busy as it was a Saturday evening but didn't affect our service at all. Please thank her again for us, great great service all around!“

“Recently celebrated a 70th birthday with the D'Alexander family. What a great event. The staff could not have been nicer, and attentive. You only thought you might need something at the table and it would appear out of no where. The food was all home made and you could tell made from traditional old recipes and a lot of love thrown in. You feel like you are in a small cafe in Italy. If you want a great Italian dining experience please take the time to enjoy Made In Italy, because my wife and I plan to go back.“

“Hi View will always hold a special place in my heart. My husband has been taking me here for nearly 10 years, and he has been going since long before that. I’ve never had a dish here I don’t like. My favorite things from here are the soups (specifically the cream of chicken rice and French Onion) and the chopped steak breakfast with chocolate chip pancakes. Their pancakes are the BEST ever and I swear by that.
The servers are extremely kind and always interact with regulars. When I was on a liquid diet prior to and after abdominal surgery, they were kind enough to strain soups for me so I could still have something to enjoy. They take care of you like family and that’s why I’ll always support Hi View.
