“Firstly, they must have a new owner or chef. Their online menu is not offered, and they have a new menu.Don't be fooled by them being located in a hotel, the food was fantastic. I placed a to-go order and it came out quickly and 100% accurate. It was delicious, hot, and well proportioned. The sauce on one of the honey bourbon chicken sandwiches was great.For a Friday night, the dine-in area was dead (and partially dark), but the staff was friendly and welcoming.I would definitely eat here again. I just hope they can stick around long enough for a return visit.“

“Very good portillos.. this place can get very busy! But they churn out food quickly. I was surprised to see beer on the menu!

Food was good, hot; the person taking the order was very nice.

Refills are free, just go up to the pick up counter and ask (take off your lid and straw).“

“This Panera is by far the best Panera I’ve been to. The GM and manager are just outstanding, always in a wonderful mood and go above and beyond to help. They truly have a great team here. “So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. “My sister Shelly Nagy purchased tickets to a Sunday afternoon drag brunch to celebrate my birthday! Marco not only held the door open for his guests, but he was also very kind and generous! He offered 2nd helpings (my only regret is that I did not indulge on that offer). Our meal was plentiful, delicious and presented beautifully! The bartenders cocktails (garnished w/ fresh flowers!) are pure elegance and his customer service skills are excellent! The drag show was a blast! Starting from the first day that we went to see The Elm we were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. We had our ceremony in the Kensington room, and our reception in the Madison room. “I can’t say enough great things about this place, I make a stop every chance I get! I’ve tried nearly everything, but the Kale scones are amazing! The coffee drinks are great and delicious. I’m a full time working mom, and my parents who watch my baby while I work said the only payment they need is a box of broken tart pastries! The people there are great, they really work as a team and are super efficient. Saturdays beware though, people are lined up, and for good reason!“

After 80 years of waiting for a celebratory birthday , George , the manager and his staff exceeded my expectations. We had a family style meal for 50 people . Not required preparation , planning and coordination for the staff and cooks . They exceeded our expectations . Everyone of the invitees raved about the quality of the food , the presentation , timeliness , and the competency of the staff . The servers and runners kept the food coming , clearing for the next course , taking drink orders and keeping everyone’s place settings clean and organized . It was an amazing service and all the guests thanked the staff and the hostess for the superb presentation.“

“What a great family restaurant. We were in Elmhurst and not familiar with the area and I saw the High View Family restaurant in Villa Park on Trip Advisor. Loved it. We like the Greek owned American restaurants in my neighborhood. Mini mall parking lot and some handicapped parking. Went in to two large rooms, very clean and welcoming. Sign at front desk had 4 different kinds of soup. Our waitress was Aleka and she was excellent and was very attentive. Need extra napkins, water refill, didn't even have to ask, she was right on it. I had the chicken noodle soup and chicken sandwich and fries and my son had a chicken bacon one that we both liked. Left a tip and paid by the door. Would go again if in the area.“

You only thought you might need something at the table and it would appear out of no where. The food was all home made and you could tell made from traditional old recipes and a lot of love thrown in. You feel like you are in a small cafe in Italy. If you want a great Italian dining experience please take the time to enjoy Made In Italy, because my wife and I plan to go back.“

Rachel, our server, was phenomenal, I liked her so much I even asked her to help me "customize" my pasta dish, which she happily did (and it turned out great! The lobster diavolo but with vodka sauce...keeping the spice level.) Caesar salad good but not traditional...and missing anchovies (I know, I'm weird. Very fresh ingredients though.) We were a party of 6 and everyone loved their food. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely be back! Only wish it weren't so cramped inside.“
