“Food and service fantastic. They were running behind with reservations but they comped us drinks an an appetizer...which is pretty unheard of these days. Rachel, our server, was phenomenal, I liked her so much I even asked her to help me "customize" my pasta dish, which she happily did (and it turned out great! The lobster diavolo but with vodka sauce...keeping the spice level.) Caesar salad good but not traditional...and missing anchovies (I know, I'm weird. Very fresh ingredients though.) We were a party of 6 and everyone loved their food. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely be back! Only wish it weren't so cramped inside.“

“So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. Starting from the first day that we went to see The Elm we were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. We had our ceremony in the Kensington room, and our reception in the Madison room. The atmosphere and vibe of both rooms was everything that we could hope for. The staff was incredible, the food/drinks were AMAZING, and our guests had nothing but positive feedback. Only downside is that during the dinner rush on Saturday - this place is LOUD. The food is terrific. The service very friendly and efficient.

“After a week of travel for this Mom, the last thing I wanted to do was to make dinner. This isn't the first time we've been to Glen Prairie and I knew it was just the place I wanted to go. The atmosphere is warm, but quiet. Perfect for a good family catchup. The food is comforting without being too heavy and the wine, beer and cocktail selection is the perfect pairing. We've had the pleasure of being served by Anna a few times now and she does a great job. She is attentive and watchful, without being overbearing which is a difficult skill to master for a lot of servers. Aside from that, I love that it is a safe place for folks with food allergies and I feel very well taken care of in respect to that issue. I can tell that everyone from the hosts to the servers to the bartenders to the kitchen staff are very well trained in creating a safe and welcoming experience for each guest. Glen Prairie is quickly becoming one of our go to family favorite restaurants and we will definitely be back!“

“The chili is good. Entered into a chili competition at work and really didnt feel like cooking. Purchased 4 quarts of chili and told my co-workers how I slaved over making this chili, putting just the right spices in to give it its unique taste. Everyone loved it! I lost 1st place by two points, probably because the judge can't add, but whatever. And yes, those are hotdogs in the picture. We made chili dogs. Their cream of chicken soup is good too.“
