I was greeted by very friendly staff. I got chicken fingers too which were also great. The whole family appeared to really like the pizza.“

“These guys have been on my list for a while and it was worth the wait. THIS IS PIZZA. Bridgeport phils still has my heart but this place just bumped into the 2/3 spot for me. TOP 3 Chicago pizzeria.

Crust: this is what did it for me. The crust was a perfect thickness and kept its structure/ crisp throughout the whole pizza

Sauce: they’re cooking down their own sauce I believe. It’s got a touch of that fresh tomato sweetness. Nothing over powering, just a great classic sauce

Sausage/cheese: high quality Battaglia products. Traditional cheese blend and good sausage. Nothing crazy in this category but definitely brings their pizza together

Now to the pizzas, generously topped with huge half meatballs- not the crumbled crap so many restaurants pull and your disappointed thinking where is the beef, I am sure I ordered meatballs not this.The sauce perfection, the crust perfect and lots of cheese. Everything a pizza should be and you just can’t get in AZ. Thank you for a job well done. He answered the questions I had, he was very patient, and even recommended me his choice of things. It's refreshing to see people who actually care about their job these days and customer service. On top of all of that great impression, the pizza was SO good I got a slice of cheese, and their Hala sausage and I was surprised of how good it was???. “First time trying the calzone and it was pretty good. Alittle hard to cut with the plastic fork and knife given but tasted really good. The internal could have used alittle more heat but the outside was crispy so any longer in the oven might burn it. The pizza by the slice is always really good. Definitely give this spot a try“

“I grew up in Chicago, I can tell the difference between family owned and franchise. Lived in Arizona for 30 years trying to get the same pizza under the name. I moved back recently and there is another location closer that is not the same. I call now to order instead of door dash because they pick the closer location. If the family is not on the box you don’t have the real deal! That’s my take on it!“
