“What a wonderful dinner. Attentive service provided by our waiter Chris. We started with the shrimp cocktail and pierogi. There were three pierogi with caramelized onions, shaved prime rib and a horseradish cream sauce. Both apps were amazing. As usual the Red Gold Tomato soup and wedge salad were tasty. For the main course I had the lamb chops with couscous salad. The absolute best lamb I've had. My coworker had the Norwegian Sea trout which he loved. Highly recommend Bonge's Tavern.“

“Tried the famous onion burger. 2 paddies with grilled onions nestled between the paddies. Very hot and tasty. Fries are skinny and hot. The oil was clean and the resturant did not have an odor of cooking oil. Everyone was pleased with food and service. Working Model train was fun to see above our heads.“

“We stopped in for diner while passing through the area. Daryl was outside with to go orders. He noticed my Grandma getting out of the car and immediately stepped in and helped her every step of the way. He called in and had a table ready for us. He came by numerous times to check on her. Absolutely outstanding service“

“Today was my first visit. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the service, and the quality of the food! And the pricing! I had a western omelette and pancakes with hashbrowns, and everything came out perfectly. I asked for the hashbrowns to be extra crispy, and they were! I asked for extra butter, and it arrived with the pancakes. My wife and I were short on time, and were in and out of the restaurant within 40 minutes! On a Sunday! I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast.“

“Last night, my husband and I visited 1925 Pubhouse at Grandview. We had never been and had heard great things. They have earned "Best if Madison County" in several categories and I completely understand why now! The beverage choices are unique ( I had a Lavender Lemonade with I loved!), food was very very good, portions generous, and service excellent ! The atmosphere is casual and family- friendly, and incredibly relaxing ( we sat on the back porch area). If you get the opportunity, go check it out. I think this is going to be our new "go-to" for dinner close to home!“

“Love Culver's but kind of grossed out. Studies show that gloves cause more cross contamination than hand washing. Curious on how often gloves are changed and hands are washed. Like seriously that is AF“

“Took my adult son to lunch at Toast Cafe today. The place’s decor is ‘50’s fun. Clean and casual. Food was delicious and filling. Son had eggs and French toast; I had chicken sandwich with onion rings. Service was good and wait staff were pleasant. Much better than anticipated.“

“Great Food! Prime Rib was cooked perfectly. Hot food and bread. Generous portions & enough for leftovers that I ate the next day. Our waitress was also the bartender resulting in slower than normal service. I and friends ate at Home Stretch a month ago & service was much faster. Overall, great meal and above average service.“

“It was overpriced hospital food, not hot!! I ordered the Pot Roast with potatoes & carrots, it was warm with a brown gravy that was overly salty. There was no potatoes & carrots. I ordered Mac n Cheese as a side, it was warm and gross. The 2nd side of greenbeans w/bacon was also warm but tasted the best of the whole plate! If I had known there was no potatoes & carrots as the menu says I would have ordered mashed as a side. The waiter who seated us wanted an answer about our drinks immediately as he rudely hovered over and wouldn’t let us look at the menu. It took a decade to get our bill and pay. I won’t go back!“

“Took my grandson 6pm on Friday night. They were very busy, which was expected. Only waited about 10 min for a table. Took our order pretty quickly as well. Food was a little slow to come out but not that bad for as busy as they were. Our food was hot and very good!! Recommend the Chicken wonton tacos for sure!“

“So uh.. went here in thanksgiving day. Full warning: Dont do it. But if you do, make sure you dress super warm because there is a super long line that was pretty far outside. But besides that, the line went pretty quick even though they were at full capacity. Food was good! Server was super sweet. Place was super busy. The dinner rolls are the best. I probably ate 10. Dont tell anyone 🤫“

“This is the second time it has happen to me. Stopped in for two 3 piece fish dinners, was giving a number at the register and two cups for drinks. We set the number on the table ,which you could see it was just cleaned. Before we could get our drinks filled the dinners were on the table, nice hot ,and professionally cooked, and ready to eat. Excellent service, clean establishment. Five stars and two thumbs up.“
