American Restaurants in Tipton

The Green House American • $$
222 S Independence St, Tipton

“My Young Beautiful Bride and I visited Tipton for an estate sale and afterwards we went to the Green House for lunch.Unknown to us, the restaurant was actually located in an actual Green House. The atmosphere was OK, but nothing to brag about. There seemed to be only 2 employees, and this made everything move very slowly. It took 46 minutes to receive our drinks and another 12 minutes to receive our food. The meals were quite delicious and filling ?, it was just the long wait that we didn't like.I suppose if you weren't in a hurry and wanted to take your time and visit with your family, this would be the perfect place to go.“

“The breakfast here is amazing! The history and small town diner feel is second to none. The service is prompt and I have never waited more than 5 minutes to get my food. I have never been able to finish all of my meal due to how large the portions are. If you love breakfast, you'll absolutely LOVE Faye's!“

“Jim Dandy is a pretty good restaurant that I've been to numerous times. The food and service are both pretty good. The restaurant also has mostly older customers. The only issue I've had is the French toast, I've gotten it twice and both times it didn't agree very well with my stomach. That could just be me, but either way it seems important to mention. Have a nice day! :)“

“Ledmehsee heyawl, hmmm, wheya does whone begin such a tale of howngrownn happen-stance? Hawll mmpissyonit, logic and motion seem to pervade ainy uvva luminescent flickering spark to this, as it were, Jonestonian genesis. Thuhusty as a swamp donkey I wuz, and already, knee deep in utha people's interest it seemed. I paid the dried tongued mouth wheezahs no mind anna did not so much much as return one of those droopy eyed defeated death masks a single wink. My eyes were stupendously stoned and highly honed, highly stoned and hawkeyeingly honed in on the brown n beige harlequin patterned whatrin hole aname Da Crossing. Tis aptly named as it is merely a midget taws frohma runnin rail line and perhaps a hobos hoppatew frohma dyanne depot. .......TBC....... Heyaawlhombombakneeyow“
