“We love Leeds, the relaxed atmosphere in the courtyard, the variety of dishes on the menu and the good service. Everything we have ordered has been good, including the presentation. We have not been disappointed. Also, I would like to send a shoutout to the young man, Ben, who has waited on us a few. What a delightful young man. I spilled my drink on the table and he immediately cleared everything up and placed us at another table. He also made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We visit Leeds House a couple times a month, sometimes more.“

“Ordered Takeout and sometimes the food you get doesn’t hold up as well as it would eating it fresh. This was not the case with Cool Runnings. I had the Dark Jerk Chicken meal with cabbage, red beans and rice, and a side of the Mac and cheese. Everything was absolutely amazing!!!! I can not rave enough about how flavorful everything was. That Jerk Sauce was amazing! I love spicy foods and it was the perfect mild spice for me. Just enough to feel the burn but not over power the flavor.“

“Been eating here for years and recommending them for years if you want the best burger in Chesteron/Porter area. Some other favorites are the bacon wrapped poppers, steak or chicken flatbread, soups, and the only place I know that still has homemade pub chips. Just had my first ever minor issue with a cook on burgers and the owner addressed it and made it right. I am looking forward to their new bi-weekly specials to try some new items. “The ‘what the cluck?’ and ‘andouille po boy’ were both delicious! The catfish nugz were super soft and tasty too. A little salty after eating a couple of ‘em though.

I personally would come back here to have the ‘what the cluck’ bao burger and nugz again.

We also tried out some of the seasonal ciders. My favorite was the apple caramel cider. After trying some ciders, we traveled to Valparaiso and visited Misbeehavin’ Meads to purchase a couple drinks for friends and family.

“Came here at the recommendation of a good friend was definitely not disappointed. Its a smaller establishment so that was tough to deal with as far as anxiety goes, but we didnt have to wair long to be seated! Dexter aka Spicy White Tuna Roll was our server and he was efficient, friendly, and hilarious! I tried the Dragon Egg (what a masterpiece!) as well as the Autumn Lemon Roll (I LOVE lemon and was quite pleased). You get what you pay for here but it was an awesome sushi time!“

“Must-try: The fried pickles! They’re zesty, perfectly seasoned, and not too salty. The portion is huge—enough for 3–4 people—so keep that in mind if it's just two of you!
I tried the gluten-free perch tacos, and my husband got the steak. We both loved the sweet potato fries, which were lightly salted and super crispy (not soggy at all). The Brussels sprouts were also excellent—cooked with a nice crunch, and the maple bacon offered a great peppery-sweet balance. Whatever herbed garlic butter they put on top of that steak? New addiction unlocked!
My only minor critique is the perch tacos. The fish itself was a bit bland, but the sauce was the star of the show and saved the dish by adding great spice and saltiness. Next time, I’d just ask for the sweet slaw on the side so the toppings don't overwhelm it. Overall, a fantastic meal!
All that food bright us to a total of $75, before tax and tip. There was plenty of free parking nearby, a nice bar with plenty of seats for dining, and quite kid friendly. The restrooms were also wheelchair accessible.“

They do not have a large selection on the menu but it's all you need everything is made fresh very healthy. Prepared very well.
We went there twice. And each time was the same everything was very good and very well made
They have a huge selection of teas to choose from. They do have fresh baked goods.

“I can't say enough good about this place ! !!it melted in you're mouth and the portions are huge!! Customer service is amazing and so are the prices!! We haven't been able to find any Hong Sue chicken or pork that was even worth our time , this one is to die for !! Hubby said shrimp and lobster sauce was suberp as well !! When you go don't forget the eggrolls !! She gave us plates silverware, sauces etc ...without asking . I can't express how HAPPY we are to have found you !! It's not a look at me place but the food is PERFECT !!“

“Truly AWESOME catfish! It was perfectly fried, nicely seasoned, moist, and the breading (crust?) was top notch. I must say that, for me, this is the best catfish I have had in Northwest Indiana. “Went for lunch. There were a couple other customers in the Restaurant. I ordered a steak rice bowl. I added cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and the tahini sauce. I got the side of the Mediterranean carrot salad and the cabbage salad. The carrot salad was really good. The cabbage salad, however was not what I expected it to be. That is no fault to lemon tree. I just wasn’t personally a fan. The steak bowl itself was really good. The bowl Comes with a pita as well. I personally would have ordered an extra pita.
The food was good. The service was good. There were several tables dirty in the restaurant. The drink station was pretty sticky.
Overall, it was a really good visit and the food was good. Next time I go back, I will try in the hummus instead of the cabbage.“
