“It’s a hit or miss with this Arby's but when the older woman who is a manager I wish I knew her name is working you can guarantee the food and service will be done correctly and fresh! She does an outstanding job and the food and service only seem to be great when she’s working, so shout out and thank you to her! Arby’s you have a very dedicated manager who does a great job and she shouldn’t go unnoticed in your big corporation! Workers like her are hard to find!“

“Me and my boyfriend are always pleased to come to this McDonalds even going out of our ways to do so because they always just seem to get everything right! “We waited 20 minutes for our food, and when we went to check on it, the order had been lost (I'd ordered at the kiosk in hopes to speed things along - wrong!). But after they were made aware of our "missing" order, they did get it out to us right away.“

“Very clean KFC (dine-in) compared to other KFCs and especially the McDonalds (so gross inside) next door. Order kiosks inside are easy to use and we have never had to wait more than 10 min for our food. I’ve see that the cashiers are usually friendly and patient especially when they’re helping older customers using traditional paper coupons. Food has always been hot and fresh with good portions (bowls). People complaining about overcooked or dry meals may be going at a bad time (long after regular eating hours). The drive-thru line looks slow and clogged whenever we’re there so we prefer to order in-store. Parking lot is a little cramped and the drive-thru exit is right at the restaurant’s entrance so be careful.“
