“The server we had was very helpful when I said I needed to eat gluten-free. Any sandwich can be served gluten-free. They cook and toast bread separately to avoid cross contamination. The server was very helpful in making choices pointing out what items were most popular. SIP has an extensive coffee drink menu. They also had a bakery case with many delicious looking sweets like carrot cake and cheesecake.“

“Brought my 82 year old father in for the first time a few months ago. The menu can be overwhelming for the best of us but the barista who was behind the register was patient, helpful and kind with him and helped him pick a drink that he absolutely loved. Even though she was obviously busy she didn’t rush him and answered every one of his questions. My father says that Nicole is his Starbucks Angel and he can’t wait to go back again. She is really a gem. I hope she is appreciated by her managers as we appreciate her.“

“One of my faves 💗 Doncaster and Voodoo are my favorites but live the spring/summer matcha choices ( especially berried memories) and the fall/winter chai bar. They make their own syrups and it’s never over done!“

“Everyone is so friendly. It is refreshing in a cold world. I don’t know if the employees there realize how much they do for my soul. They are the bartenders for the recovering alcoholics. They are the only Good Morning for the over worked single mom. I know it may sound silly to most but when you are lonely and depressed you learn to appreciate the little things. “Truly the best dunkin experience i’ve ever had. customer service was amazing, bathrooms spectacular, and my latte was indescribably perfect. my friend and i travelled from chicago from an enhypen concert and were traveling home when we stopped here for a drink and quick bite. it was definitely what we needed to fully satisfy the rest of our 6 hour drive. if you worked on 02 May 2024 @ 12:41, thank you for making this one of the best experiences ever!!! we will definitely be back again if we travel through there :)“

“Dropping a review to thank the staff for such awesome service today during a rush! I got a drink and sandwich in the drive thru and felt the Matcha was super weak. I went back in and was helped by a gentleman. He remade the drink, we talked for a bit, and he made me feel like it was no issue to him to have to do it again. I really appreciated this since I felt bad having to ask. He and the sweet drive thru lady made my day with meaningful small talk and it made it feel as if I was visiting someone’s home rather than a corporate chain. From now on, I’ll drive the few extra miles to get to this location simply for the kind staff.“
