Great updates in the new build! Drive-through much improved and fast efficient service!
i do mobile orders when i come here and it’s always good. curious about what’s going on tho? the building is gone 😶
I preorders in the app. Yet still had to be asked to pull forward and sit to wait for food. I ordered two happy meals and a 10 piece nugget. Total wait time 15 min at 11:30. Not acceptable.

The McDonald's restaurant on Broad Ripple Ave is a busy establishment located next to the Monon Trail. The restaurant has a unique vibe with table numbers and stands, giving it an upscale feel, but unfortunately, there is no play area for children. The food is decent and freshly made, with good service, although customers may need to interact with the staff to get extra napkins.
Recently, some customers have expressed concerns about the changes made to the restaurant. They have noted that the atmosphere is cold and uninviting, and there are no longer any soda machines for refills. Instead, customers must order through kiosks, which some have found to be less personal. Additionally, some customers have reported that prices have increased while the quality of the food and service have decreased.
Despite these changes, the restaurant remains clean and the food is still described as hot and delicious. The drive-thru service is also praised, with customers noting that the food is consistently of high quality. Overall, the McDonald's on Broad Ripple Ave continues to provide a familiar dining experience, although some customers may miss the more traditional aspects of the restaurant.
