I recently had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell that completely changed the way I feel about eating there. Like many people, I chose Taco Bell because it is known for serving food quickly and at a reasonable price. I was hungry, short on time, and expected to enjoy a simple meal without any problems. Jalen informed me that he did not know how to enter or apply my rewards code so I could receive my Taco Bell points. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Taco Bell encourages customers to use the mobile app and rewards program, yet when I attempted to use the benefits I had earned, the employee was unable to process my code because he did not know how the system worked.

I hate leaving reviews because I’m a restaurant owner and know how critical and rude customers can be. But I was eating my Mexican pizza that I bought from this store, and there was a piece of plastic in my food. I used to work at Taco Bell when I was in high school and I can tell this is a piece of plastic from one of the frozen goods they received that wasn’t properly prepped. Taco Bell offers great food, exactly as ordered, with efficient and pleasant service. The staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating with special requests. Despite some initial teething issues, this 24-hour restaurant is a welcome addition to the area, especially for night shift workers.
The employees who take orders at the drive-thru are described as "very chill and kind". The food is consistently "PIPING hot and fresh", with orders being accurate. Customers have had positive experiences both with drive-thru and mobile orders.
The dining area is small but has a counter with several outlets, which is appreciated by those who want to work while dining. The food is good, served hot and fresh, and orders are prepared quickly. Employees are very friendly, and the dining area is very clean.
