“What a lovely little gem of a restaurant. My friend and I meet frequently here, as it’s about halfway between her place and mine. The food is fresh and flavorful, and the service is top notch. In fact, when my friend mentioned that today was my birthday, our server Taylor went above and beyond to make me feel special. Today I had one of their bubble waffles for the first time, and oh, my! Perfectly crispy and soft in the middle. It came with two dipping sauces, a chocolate and a cream. Both were amazing, but there was something extra special about the chocolate. Turns out they make it in house. I swear I could drink that stuff straight, no chaser. 😂 Seriously, even if you’ve never tried Vietnamese food before, give this place a try. You won’t regret it.“

“My wife and I got the spring rolls, pork banh mi, and pho special. Atmosphere and service were excellent. Food was also good. The banh mi was warm. We’ve never had it that way before but it was very good. Pho broth was good and a little sweet. Add in the chili oil and it’s perfect.“

“I've loved Long Thanh for years. Even though I no longer live in the neighborhood, I make it a point to stop through every couple of months. It's a humble and cozy spot with delicious food. One of the few with excellent portions and quality at a fair price.“

What a wonderful experience at Paris Banh Mi in Fishers!

We all ordered the steak pho, and it was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the broth was packed with flavor.

What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The customer service was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. From recommending chilies to enhance our pho, to bringing extra utensils so we could mix and experiment with different condiments, every little detail made us feel taken care of. They were even kind enough to bring my son a fork without hesitation!

Rather than simply serving us tap water, we were offered a special ginger-infused tea, perfect for the chilly weather and a thoughtful touch for immune support. It was such a nice gesture!

The café itself is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and inviting, with great music playing in the background. Even the bathrooms were spotless and smelled wonderful, which says a lot about how much care goes into maintaining the space.

And don’t even get me started on the desserts! The raspberry lemon drop cake was AMAZING!

It’s refreshing to visit a place where the food is fantastic, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the people genuinely seem to care about your experience. We left happy, full, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!“

“What an experience! Viki was welcoming and warm as soon as as entered the store. She recommended a fruit drink we absolutely loved and a ginger tofu dessert that I will be thinking about for weeks to come. The pho was like a warm hug and exactly what I needed. I've been to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants and this one is top notch. Everything she cooks can be bought from the market, so we also bought a few items to take home from the grocery.
