About V Market & Restaurant

V Market & Restaurant is a great place for authentic Vietnamese food. The soft tofu dessert with ginger syrup is the best, with perfect texture and ginger syrup that is not too sweet. The mi xao with tofu has a great stir fry taste with balanced seasoning, perfectly cooked noodles, and freshly fried tofu. The pho is like a warm hug. The banh mi is as good, as well as the banh coun. The banh gio is available, and the pork Cha Com and brisket bahn mi are very flavorful with perfect texture. Everything is very well seasoned with good portions for the price. The market carries authentic goods, including a lot of items to bring home, home style foods, lots of treats, and spicy sweet corn nuts. The fruit drink is absolutely loved. The service is great, and the owner is friendly, welcoming, and kind. The dine in area is small with only 5 tables, making it a convenient place for to-go, and you can order online at the website. It is the best Vietnamese in Indy, tasting like home cooking, and the service and decor feel like a family home.

What an experience! Viki was welcoming and warm as soon as as entered the store. She recommended a fruit drink we absolutely loved and a ginger tofu dessert that I will be thinking about for weeks to come. The pho was like a warm hug and exactly what I needed. I've been to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants and this one is top notch. Everything she cooks can be bought from the market, so we also bought a few items to take home from the grocery. Check it out if you're in the area!
Food was really good, especially the pork Cha Com and brisket bahn mi. Very flavorful and perfect texture on both. The lady that owns it was really nice too and gave me free soy milk to try, which was way better than normal store bought.
Went in to try the fermented beef sausage, ended up trying (and loving) so much more! Their rice vermicelli selections are broad They offer a wide range of both popular and authentic, homemade Vietnamese dishes. They even make their own soymilk, which is used in the soymilk ginger pudding. If you like flan, you have to try this. The owner is so kind and welcoming. My new favorite spot for AUTHENTIC Vietnamese in Indy!
