“Absolutely love this place. I care for this place for my work at least once a month. I think it’s the best Chinese food in Lake County and I recommended to absolutely everybody super fast Service phenomenal food and great people that work there.“

“We have ordered a few times from here and they never disappoint. I am highly allergic to anything sesame seeds, sesame oil etc. every time we order we explain to them my allergy. The girls at front desk were great they took my order and told the chef and they came back letting me know that they will not cross contaminate. Very clean very attentive and I highly recommend. Food is fantastic.“

“I don't know really how you could spruce up a fast food place.As far as atmosphere goes, it was cdean.And I think that's all that matters, They don't really wait on you.They bring the stuff around the it's like a self serve like a buffet. However we did catch a couple of workers out in the cafeteria area and ask them to do something and they both did it very nicely.
The food they have a wide selection, but most of it has the hot jalapena on it, showing you that it's really hot.I can't handle really spicy stuff.So some of that stuff that they make spicy?I'd like to see it's counterpart without spiciness. But their food is consistently good. Not the very best in chinese food but it is good.“

“We got used to eating duck breast in France during British Mad Cow, 20 years ago. New Hong Kong has an excellent crispy duck.“

“Every Tuesday evening I travel from Crown Point to Portage to meet with friends. I have to decide what restaurant I will eat dinner in on the way. This restaurant always calls me back so I pass countless restaurants on the way to always eat here. I crave the Hot and Sour soup, a pot of hot tea and the Barbecued Pork Lo Mein. Nothing better in N W Indiana. Great food.“

“I cant say that ive ever had a bad experience with C&J, they are one of the two Chinese Restaurants in the area that i frequent the most... I believe ive been C&J's longest running customer since it first opened back in 2009 or 2010 if im not mistaken, they were so good at service their delivery guys use to recognize me at different addresses lol... I can say that everything from their General Tso Chicken, to the Orange Chicken,
to the Bourbon Chicken, to the Kung Pao Chicken, to the Egg Foo Yung, to the Steamed Dumplings and Pot Stickers ARE ALL EXCEPTIONAL AND WELL PREPARED. I hope that they can continue to give us the same quality of service for years to come without having to price gouge like other restaurants... Theres nothing but love from me for C&J's ?“
