The way I wanted it with no complaints just a smile. this is the location on German Church Road. Today is August 17 the time is 1:23 PM. Whoever the young man is that’s on the grill. Let him know he did an amazing job.“

“What started as a disappointing experience quickly turned into an outstanding one thanks to Karen.

Our order itself was correct, but the food came out cold and seemed undercooked. It looked like there was a shift change taking place and possibly some newer team members, so things just didn't come together as they should have. As soon as Karen became aware of the issue, she immediately stepped in and took control of the situation.

Karen was professional, friendly, and had an amazing attitude. She didn't make excuses or pass the blame—she took ownership, corrected the problem quickly, and made sure we left completely satisfied. Her customer service was exceptional, and the way she handled the situation speaks volumes about her leadership.

Please recognize Karen for the outstanding job she did. She took what could have been a bad experience and turned it into one that reminded us why great customer service still matters. Employees like her are a tremendous asset to White Castle, and because of the way she handled everything, we'll absolutely be back.

The restaurant was busy and you could feel it , the hosts/other server/bartender were all flustered so I didn’t expect to enjoy my meal however Eric greeted and served us in a courteous and kind manner. “I went with my boyfriend and some of his family to dinner on Sunday. We had Kayla as our server and she did amazing. And made us feel like she knew us for ages. “The hispanic ladies on morning shift are always nice and when my order was wrong once, I was able to go in and have the issue fixed with no problem at all and even got an apology.

Personally, there are not many vegetarian options but I'm glad to be able to get what I can and enjoy my morning.

“First time I'd been there. We arrived at 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning and were seated immediately. The menu was extensive, and the prices as reasonable as anything is these days. The portions were huge; I took half of mine home to have for dinner. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. I had the meat lovers omelet which came with hash browns and either pancakes or toast. I chose pancakes; they were fluffy, but they had been sprinkled with powdered sugar, which I don't like. If I'd known, I would have requested that be left off. The omelet was absolutely delicious. My friend's skillet came with feta cheese; she asked if she could leave that off and have sun dried tomatoes instead. The menu warned that substitutions could result in an additional charge, but the substitution only cost her $1, which I think is pretty good. One thing I really liked: when I looked at the suggested tip amounts, not only were they correct, but they had been figured on the price of the meal itself, not the tax. I rounded up anyway and left a full tip, because the service was excellent. We left a little before 11:00 a.m. and there was quite a line of people waiting to be seated, which I always think is an indication that the restaurant is good. I'll definitely be going back.“

“I ordered chicken rings and mozz sticks. As per usual the mozzarella sticks were AMAZING. Fresh, flavorful, and that cheese pull was on point. But the chicken rings...were the opposite. Didn't taste fresh, flavorless, like they forgot an ingredient in the batter. They just didn't taste good. I didn't end up eating them. I went back the next day and bought more mozzarella sticks only though.“

“Last night my wife and I were inside waiting for a to go order. As we were waiting a young woman with braids was loudly talking at the other workers about all the other employees that she would slap including her boss. The other workers seemed to try and talk sense into her however she kept on going this is what I assume led to our tater tots not being made and we had to wait longer I felt bad for the other workers as they were just trying to work. Our food tasted great tho. Love the tots!“
