“Great family owned and operated bakery. Their pastries are right out of the oven fresh and are fantastic. Their cakes are great especially their Blue Berry Cheese Cake. OMG FANTASTIC !!! On Sundays they have the best Tamales I have ever had. Its a clean friendly place. I highly recommend this bakery.“

“Staff are very kind, and when they make mistakes(as everyone does) they are quick to correct and make it right.
I had a mix up with my order, and they gave me an extra donut and I barely noticed the extra time it took.
Good job management, you have polite and happy people!

“If you guys have ever been to this Dunkin Donuts! , you know the customer service is A+. I go here faithfully every morning in my way to work! The manager is an awesome God-fearing guy who treats his customers with a pleasant attitude day in and day out! Customer service is everything and take your girl’s word… they are GREAT! “I am obsessed with Dunkin' Donuts. I truly rely on their coffee to stay at my best. When I don't have it, I don't feel fully engaged. My taste is straightforward; I prefer my coffee simple and don't need it overwhelmed with fancy extras. A medium black coffee with one packet of sugar is the key to a successful day. I highly recommend it!“

“This is the same staff that also runs Dunkin donuts. As my other review stated these workers seem to have good days and bad days. Unfortunately there shouldn't be that many bad days. When ordering here they tend to not complete the order correctly.“

“I was pleasantly surprised today, matcha latte with cold foam made well. Hash browns hot and tasty. I was greeted with a hello, by a very kind woman. I was there during the morning rush. I did pick up through the app for faster service. IDon’t normally write reviews but was expecting much worse based off the previous reviews. Hopefully that’s a sign management is listening to customers and treating their workers fairly“

“I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.“

“We Love the Munchkins and the Donuts, but especially the Munchkins! Hahahaha! The Coffee is so much better than that other place... The Service at this particular Dunkin was great! I would highly recommend trying this one out, even if You have to travel a little farther.“
