“I overall had a good experience at Chuck E. Cheese UNTIL I was asked rudely why I didn’t give them an 8 or 9 out of 10 rating. Not only was I caught of guard by managements approach within seconds of submitting, she made a scene infront of other customers. In my opinion, it’s extremely unprofessional to be talked to like that in front of other people. “A 8 or 9, is the only rating that benefits our location” if I could go back and rate differently, that rude encounter would have changed my rating to a 2.“

“I was downtown today and there were so many events going on. I happened to walk by Big Apple Pizza - never even knew it existed. I decided to go in and check it out. It smelled so good. Took a look at the menu decided that I’m gonna take a couple pieces of pizza home after this great afternoon. Ordered and went to the register to pay and I could not find my wallet. I searched through every pocket I had which was only two and I could not find it and I told the guy behind the counter that I’m sorry and to canceled my order. He pulled out his own credit card and paid for my pizza and pop. I kept insisting that he didn’t have to do that and he was so nice and wished me luck finding my wallet. You pick your sandwich or whatever works for you from a kiosk (awesome). I got to choose to with fries instead of chips.“

The sauce tasted like it came out of a ravioli can. I can’t imagine serving that sauce. Another customer overheard our conversation and they both stated that they stopped eating the pizza because of the poor quality of the sauce. Highly disappointed“

“We called ahead on short notice to the Pizza Hut on Coldwater in Fort Wayne with a dine in order for 18 people, mostly teenagers. The whole crew and especially our server Rachel was AMAZING!! We were in and out in 30 minutes!! Food was fresh and hot and service was great. Thank you!!!“

“Well atmosphere is what it is it's in a gas station so don't expect much there, but the Turkey Tempter is one of my favorite Subs of all time. I do double meat, turkey bacon loads of cheese it's epic. Been getting subs here for 15+ years and the TT is my go to. At least once month I treat myself to some elmos. Several locations throughout fort wayne make it easy to eat whatever side of town you're on.“

“Ate here at Blaze Pizza for the 2nd year in a row during our annual Trip to Sweetwater Music. There were 4 of us. We all loved the food and experience.
The manager, Pierce, was absolutely amazing with our order and making warm conversation with us. He had great recommendations on the pizza and he was 100% right about the hot honey topper. The pizza was memorable. He is an awesome dude. Stop in for some good pizza and say hello to him. He made our visit good enough that I wanted to drop a review and say thank you Pierce!“

“Even though the food isn’t that great, I will probably buy something only because of how friendly and hard working the staff is. I noticed when I walked in a customer forgot to add a cheesebread and keep in mind they’re already crazy busy, the customer was upset and the guy with a blonde ponytail told his associate to box up the batch of cheesebread and offered it to the customer. The customer had to pay of course. I was welcomed and left with a smile from two of the associates working hard at the front. All the other staff was busting ass making pizza getting orders out quickly. Everyone went above and beyond for the customers. To the store manger, good on you for hiring hard working staff and good on you for being a great leader. To the owner, good on you for hiring a great store manger and out of all the locations I’ve been to in Fort Wayne, my family and I will eat at this one. At least I know we’ll feel welcome from a great team and we’ll eat somewhat decent food:)“

“My husband and I used Pint & Slice's upstairs rental room for our wedding rehearsal dinner and we're so glad we did! We were able to book the space ahead of time and provide our order via email. The staff introduced themselves so we knew who our point of contact was and all the food was ready right on time. There was something everyone enjoyed (we even got a GF and vegan cheese pizza for those with dietary restrictions) and the pizza, salad, and drinks went quickly. The staff was super accommodating (even on a really busy day) and we were even able to add a couple pizzas last-minute when we realized how quickly our guests were smashing the ones we previously ordered. We will obviously keep stopping in for slices and pies, but would recommend anyone to book the room for your special event as well!“

“Stopped in last evening for a quick bite to eat and our waitress took us to our table ...who's name was Caitlyn... (possibly a K not sure). But we had the BEST customer service that I have had in as long time. She was so Sweet and checked on us continually. She also suggested when I wanted a wrap...that I didnt have to have it with Buffalo sauce could get it just plain with ranch. When she bought the food she said, "Would you like an extra side of ranch". I thought that was so kind. Then when she bought boxes to the table for our left overs she bought a lid for my ranch and a sack to Carry our containers in...ALL without me asking. I asked for the manager to come to the table for her to be recognized for her impeccable customer service!! He said, " He appreciated me bringing that to his attention". I made sure she got an excellent tip for her Kind , caring and quality customer service. BUT I ALSO THINK SHE DESERVES A 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating here as well. Most of the time these days you dont get that kind of customer service...so when you do it needs to be reconized!! Thank you again Caitlyn on a job well done!!“

The team did a fantastic job getting everything set up on their end and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They coordinated with us efficiently and effectively, and were incredibly patient with all of my many questions along the way.

The venue itself was absolutely beautiful—we used the “Arcade” space inside Union Street Market, and it was the perfect backdrop for our celebration. One of the unexpected highlights was being given complimentary access to the rooftop patio, which allowed us to take some truly amazing wedding photos. We’re so glad we chose Electric Works as our reception venue and would absolutely recommend it to other couples looking for a unique and versatile space!“

“Caliente has evolved a lot over the past couple years. One thing that is consistent however , is the awesome food. Priced well and worth the money. Anytime I'm working in downtown fort Wayne , I make it a point to stop in for lunch at least once a week!“

“This pizza hut usually makes everything just right. They might be a few minutes behind but the food is fresh and customer service is fairly quick. I do recommend they hold their staff meetings not in the small lobby lol.

Update: I had a credit for a pizza, in an attempt to get the credit added to my order they refunded my money and went to charge the lesser amount. The refund takes time and my card didn't have funds to charge it. The manager was very kind in this regard. When I did not have another payment method he said consider it an early Christmas gift. Having to eat out was an unexpected expense, and his actions will give my family money towards real groceries. I love this pizza hut. Wish I could do more then write a positive review.“
