When paying by card the cashier reached over and added a 10% tip before I even put my card in. Probably don't think I noticed but I got eagle eyes. Felt generous and was in a good mood so I let that one slide. That will be the last time that it happens to me. So be careful and watch, it may happen to you“

I usually grab hot and ready sandwiches, but the food is even better if you have it made to order. I make consistent stops here for breakfast and keep going back.“

“It was our first time trying Jimmy John’s as we always went to Subway for sandwiches. We got the Ultimate Italian and Roast Beef regular size 8”, no customization, no toasting. They were delicious, however, we still prefer subway for the customization, sauces, and toasting. Still great sandwiches though. Store was nice and clean, food prep was fast.“

“Hey Elmos, GIVE ANTHONY at Wallen Rd A RAISE!! After calling Oleys, Hungry Howies, Pizza Hut, and Marcos looking for a quick and cheap pizza to feed our family on a late weeknight after work, school, and high school band practice. All did not have good deals and prices were again increased, and too much when compared to the quality of pizza.We called Elmos because it is down the street from our house, and decided to give it a try.We talked to an articulate, professional, friendly, respectful and helpful young man named Anthony. He patiently provided pricing, answered questions, and gave guidance. I asked him to make sure that the toppings on our deluxe pizza went all the way to the edge, and also asked him not to put too much italian sauce on our Italian sub.It was PERFECT, exactly what i ordered, the way i ordered it, and it was really good.The toppings were all the way to the end like we asked, and the Italian sub was one of the best from a fast food restaurant, let alone in a gas station.Great job Elmos, and....Anthony did an amazing job, represented Elmos in a wonderful way, especially in a culture where it is hard to even find warm bodies. I will be back and I will recommend Elmos, as it was better than most of the other pizza chains in Fort Wayne. Pleasant surprise from Elmos. Give Anthony a raise!“

“GLUTEN FREE!! I am so glad that Firehouse Subs has a gluten free bread option. I finally had the chance to order it and it was extremely good! You couldn't even tell it was gluten free! (It does look different than their traditional bread however). I ordered the Virginia honey ham (one of my top favorites!) I was extremely impressed by the service at this location. They asked if it was an allergy and I stated yes, they made sure all the other employees knew and everything got wiped down and it was carefully handled. I was so extremely impressed that a "fast food" type chain would go to these types of measures. It was definitely safe because I didn't get sick after eating it and I was so happy!! Thank you Firehouse Subs for the great experience!!

“While traveling, I got an urge for a Subway. This particular store was nearest my location on the road. My entire experience was as wonderful as my ham and cheese on Italian. You guys ROCK!p.s. In my younger years, I managed a couple Subways around Indy area. This little store I stopped at is very clean and orderly and the food looked amazingly fresh. The only issue I noticed couldn't be avoided because of the size of the store. Being behind the counter with constant oven and warmer noises, including the toaster oven, it can be difficult for crew to hear customers clearly(I can imagine how monstrous it was with all wearing masks!!!) Nothing can't be done about this, I realize. I'm acknowledging the professionalism and patience of this crew.I am making this Subway a regular stop on my travels.“

“We stopped at Penn Station East Coast Subs after running a few errands. We decided to get our sandwiches to go. Our food was prepared fresh and to order. The service was friendly and they repeated our order back to us. The atmosphere of the restaurant was casual and relaxed. The dining room was clean, but empty.

Vegetarian options: You can order an all veggie sub or get a salad.

Dietary restrictions: Sandwiches are made to order and can be modified.

Parking: There is a large free parking lot.

“Their smoothies are amazing, and i never had any issues here. I recommend this for people who like fruits especially asian fruits. They've combined fruits to point its like eating melons and other sorts of fruits. Its not your usual strawberry banana fruit smoothie.

Summer/fall 2025: ive gone here sometimes this year, and they've put in a bit more ice or had fruits more frozen than usual. I was getting a brain freeze before every sip which is unusual.

The list of ingredients can seem a bit worrisome in terms of the combination of focus on healthy ingredients. However, I always go this restaurant as I personally find the balance spectacular!

Summer Dream is my favorite smoothie with Banana Berry and Signature Smoothie following it! The mix of mango and orange was the first, and currently still best attempt to mix the two as a drink!

The sparking lemonades are a complete joke. I got the blue lemonade, and it tasted only like sprite?! I think they need to focus their money on the quality of featured, or few foods rather than the menu. It was changed again, and it still looks nice.

2023 summer: when they were about to close and it seems the employee service is a lot kinder.
2022 fall:: employees do not seem to pay attention to customers at least upfront. You need to hit their bell at the counter to get their attention as they stay inside their kitchen and storage area. The bell might be a simple solution, but the business should take notice there will be more profit with the employees noticeably at stand-by. The current employees or current bell method should be replaced. However, I do not mind that method as I think their smoothies solely are a 5-star.“
