“When the lady took our order she was very rude. We order takeout and when we got home we realized the order wasn't correct. My wife specifically asked for no honey mustard and ask for mayonnaise replace of honey mustard well they give her honey mustard instead. The sandwich is also soggy from pickle juice or whatever it was but that's what it tastes like. So I called the manager the manager said they'd send out to VIP passes whatever them are. Been clean over a month so I called back yesterday I told the manager on duty The manager on duty said they would have them call me today no call. Poor service not very happy I rate that trip 1 star. UPDATE: as you can see we had a bad experience. McAlister's Manager made it right and fixed what was wrong and Casey took care of our order and she was very patient did a fantastic job, she was very friendly as well“

“Very convenient and the food is great. I enjoy stopping in on my way to work. It's great if your a late riser or a great addition when getting gas. I usually grab hot and ready sandwiches, but the food is even better if you have it made to order. I make consistent stops here for breakfast and keep going back.“

After calling Oleys, Hungry Howies, Pizza Hut, and Marcos looking for a quick and cheap pizza to feed our family on a late weeknight after work, school, and high school band practice. All did not have good deals and prices were again increased, and too much when compared to the quality of pizza.We called Elmos because it is down the street from our house, and decided to give it a try.We talked to an articulate, professional, friendly, respectful and helpful young man named Anthony. He patiently provided pricing, answered questions, and gave guidance. I asked him to make sure that the toppings on our deluxe pizza went all the way to the edge, and also asked him not to put too much italian sauce on our Italian sub.It was PERFECT, exactly what i ordered, the way i ordered it, and it was really good.The toppings were all the way to the end like we asked, and the Italian sub was one of the best from a fast food restaurant, let alone in a gas station.Great job Elmos, and....Anthony did an amazing job, represented Elmos in a wonderful way, especially in a culture where it is hard to even find warm bodies. I will be back and I will recommend Elmos, as it was better than most of the other pizza chains in Fort Wayne. Pleasant surprise from Elmos. Give Anthony a raise!“

“It was our first time trying Jimmy John’s as we always went to Subway for sandwiches. We got the Ultimate Italian and Roast Beef regular size 8”, no customization, no toasting. They were delicious, however, we still prefer subway for the customization, sauces, and toasting. Still great sandwiches though. Store was nice and clean, food prep was fast.“

“While traveling, I got an urge for a Subway. This particular store was nearest my location on the road. My entire experience was as wonderful as my ham and cheese on Italian. You guys ROCK!p.s. In my younger years, I managed a couple Subways around Indy area. This little store I stopped at is very clean and orderly and the food looked amazingly fresh. The only issue I noticed couldn't be avoided because of the size of the store. Being behind the counter with constant oven and warmer noises, including the toaster oven, it can be difficult for crew to hear customers clearly(I can imagine how monstrous it was with all wearing masks!!!) Nothing can't be done about this, I realize. I'm acknowledging the professionalism and patience of this crew.I am making this Subway a regular stop on my travels.“

“My partner placed an online order and I went to pick it up, but it had not gone through. The staff was very helpful in trying to solve the issue. Also, while I was waiting, another customer claimed an employee put salt on the fries (he did not) and was making a fuss, but the staff remained very professional.“

“Love the $4.99 Cold Cut Combos. I can remember when I first started to work for Subway, you had to learn the U-gouge cut (now it's almost impossible to find someone who can do that cut) and on Sunday's you could get 2 footings for $5“
