“I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.“

This Establishment is Da Bomb 💣 bc it has Several Amazing Wonderful Dedicated Hard Working & Awesome Employees. Courtney’s Work Ethic will leave a Warm Feeling in Your Heart ❤️ Josh has a Demeanor about Him that Shines like a Star which Makes Him an Even Greater Manager. There are So many More Awesome Employees yet I don’t know their names. This McDonalds has a Vibe that You have to Experience for Yourself. You’ll Find Culture, Several Employees Working Extremely Hard along with Enjoying Themselves. Don’t Forget People’s this is Gary, Indiana where these Amazing People Face Grief, Misery & Torment just for saying Hello to Someone yet The Awesome Employees of this McDonald’s Love All ❤️

“Pretty decent McDonalds when it comes to the food. It was prepared hot and wasn't brown together like some other locations. Staff wasn't very friendly. They initially forgot 3 of our drinks and when I asked, they gave me the drinks, but one of them had a hole in the cup, which leaked in our car. Not sure how you miss that, but they did replace it, which was nice.“

“Best dine-in experience at McDonald's that I've had in a long time. I was not looking forward to electronic ordering but before we could start, a young lady came out took our order and was very pleasant. And the food was ready in a timely manner. What a pleasant surprise since most outlets are nothing but drive-thru's and if come to dine- in, expect crappy service. Congratulations to the people at this store!“
