“I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.“

“the staff was so kind and helpful! Nice playlist, it suddenly stopped once. Good product, I had the matcha latte! I also purchased ground coffee.

The tables were a little small, but I'm sure they serve the needs of the regular customers.

Would go again.“

“Truly the best dunkin experience i’ve ever had. customer service was amazing, bathrooms spectacular, and my latte was indescribably perfect. my friend and i travelled from chicago from an enhypen concert and were traveling home when we stopped here for a drink and quick bite. it was definitely what we needed to fully satisfy the rest of our 6 hour drive. if you worked on 02 May 2024 @ 12:41, thank you for making this one of the best experiences ever!!! we will definitely be back again if we travel through there :)“

“Very clean and great service provided by the employee who took care of us. I didn’t get her name but overall everyone was nice. I had my kiddos with me and the employee offered them samples so they knew what they wanted when it came time to order, made the process very smooth.“

“Iced coffee is always decent. Had a turkey egg and cheese croissant which was okay. Hashbrowns looked a bit weird didn't really taste fresh and I'm not sure if they count them or not but they definitely seemed a bit short. But maybe they count the number that goes in each although I've never heard of that.. idk.. service was good. Ordered through mobile app. Got 2 chocolate chip cookies which were overpriced but pretty good.“

“This is the same staff that also runs Dunkin donuts. As my other review stated these workers seem to have good days and bad days. Unfortunately there shouldn't be that many bad days. When ordering here they tend to not complete the order correctly.“

“For a small Dunkin, the morning crew is always friendly and on point. The evening crew is too, but I mostly go in the AM.

The donuts are not same and not made in house, but that's most of them, now.

I mostly get drinks and never had an issue.“
