“I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.“

“I've been a regular every morning 4 at least 2 years and the crew at this location is fantastic! They always make my coffee exactly right. No other dunkin can. And even when I was in a car accident and door dashed my coffee they still made sure my coffee was right. Love you Grant st crew and management!“

“For a small Dunkin, the morning crew is always friendly and on point. The evening crew is too, but I mostly go in the AM.

The donuts are not same and not made in house, but that's most of them, now.

I mostly get drinks and never had an issue.“

If I have been on vacation and haven't stopped in they notice and inquire where I have been. The last vacation the gentlemen asked me about where I vacationed.
