“I hadn't been to Rico's in 20 years. I was nervous to try them again. The entrance is routed through the liquor store door due to a truck driving through the front, so that was a bit awkward. There was also an issue with my total. It took about 15 minutes, but they fixed it. The pizza was just as delicious as I had remembered. The toppings were a bit skimpy (one pepperoni per square), but the flavor was still there. Also, the employees were pleasant. I interacted with two young ladies and an older gentleman. Everyone was friendly. I definitely will return!“
“The food, every course, was simply excellent. My wife often orders duck and the Gamba duck was the best she has ever had, very tender, perfect medium rare. Our polenta appetizer and my braised pork shoulder were also excellent. Portions were generous. We dined on Thursday, half-price wine night, and Gamba's wine list has many moderately priced but very good wines to have with dinner. The staff can help diners choose menu items and wines that best meet their tastes. Ample parking.“
“Will definitely be going back again! We had the meatball bowl, pizza tots, and meatball panini and all were amazing. I had the spicy meatball in my panini and it was delicious. Not overly spicy, just the right amount. Pizza tots were a fun and different appetizer and it did not disappoint. We also had the lemon cake which was very good too. Great customer service as well!“

“I called for carry out. I asked if they were Neapolitan pizza? I was told yes. So I ordered a medium, Neapolitan pizza and what I recieved was not Neapolitan. This would have been a 5 star review had the crust been Neapolitan or had I just wanted a thin crust pizza. My issue is this is not Neapolitan pizza, even if it's very tasty pizza.“

“Our food was great. Romano's has been a fixture in Highland since we moved there.I had the chicken parmesan sandwich, others had the roast beef and onion rings, chicken tenders and fries.They were all very good.Next time I will have the ham and mozzarella hoagie.I didn't have the hoagie this time because I had made hoagie's at home a couple days before. They were good but not quite the same as Romano's.I haven't had the roman burger lately but plan to another time.We have not tried the steak and cheese hoagie.“
“Candace served us this evening. There was a large birthday party and they did an amazing job accommodating everybody. Food was beyond phenomenal, and Candace’s service was incredible. “People ask me what I look forward to about coming home to Indiana and Italian beef sandwiches sit near the top of that list. I don't think people get it until they've tried one from northwest Indiana and Pepinos does it well! You can choose from Italian beef, Italian sausage or both. Your choice of cheese, mozzarella is standard. And then your choice of topping. I do giardiniera. Next time I might also try a side of red sauce. “We fell in love with this place last year, so when we are in the area, we always come back. Ŵell it's starting to go downhill. Everytime we order, we always ask for them to not dip it and to put it on the side. Everytime they have dipped it, and my bread was soggy. That's a no go for me!! I may have to found another Italian beef shop instead. So sad :(“
“I asked Google what was my nearest pizza place with good pizza, Rosati's came up as #1. I did not have high expectations because as a Chicagoan I noticed food places don't taste the same as in the city. The lady that took my order was very friendly and happy to take my order. I got extra pizza sauce the way I ordered, unlike some pizza places, they charge but don't give it. Rosati's made my pizza just the way we love it. The cheese was a little extra cooked because of the extra sauce, the crust was crispy NOT burnt. Yuuuuumy! The wings were very meaty, and saucy. The price doesn't and shouldn't matter if the food is so worth it. I wish the blue cheese dip was made from scratch but everything else was perfect! Just moved in near by, so for sure we will be regulars! Thank you, you all should be proud of yourselves!“
“This restaurant has become one of my favorites restaurants. Tunc has been our waiter twice now and he is friendly, efficent and has gone above and beyond both times! We started with the Brushetta which was made beautifully, the olives are the staple of this appetizer. Main course we moved onto Prime - Rib Eye cooked medium (perfecto!) Mashed potatoes paired well Creamed spinach and had lemon miraigne cheesecake to finish off a delicious dinner! Pistachio chocolate mousse is a tasty too! Will be back again!“
“Livio's is the charming neighborhood restaurant we need. My husband and I have always had enjoyable experiences with the very sweet waitresses and we always have a filling and affordable meal. The ambiance is "old school", and I think that's what makes it feel a little special when we go there for date night. His favorite is the special steak with the dipping butter, (even though he's a porterhouse guy, this steak is his go-to at Livios), and the dish I can't get enough of is the mushroom ravioli. Bread and salad to start with a generous meal has always left us pleased. Whether you're sitting on the bar side or in the dimly lit dining room, you'll be comfortable and probably have a great time!“
“Been to this location many times and never really had an issue before. Today my special lady and I had a dinner date. And the lady with the purple hair (Chass?) was our waitress. She gave us the absolute best experience you could have at an Olive Garden. “I came in for a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza last night for a byop(pizza) party. I wasn't expecting much because I was unfamiliar with the area. I wasn't sure where the front was or where exactly to park but in the parking lot there was an area for pick up. So I parked there. When I walked in I got excited because it looked like a bar due to the lighting and full out bar stand. I thought I could get a drink and watch the game while I waited but the bar was definitely closed. Like they definitely don't serve alcohol there. The screens were nice to watch the football game on. There is a little service counter in the back and all of the staff were so excited and fun. My pizza was the star of the party. Everyone that had mine said it was their favorite. The pizza wasn't greasy. Or too meaty. The medium I ordered was enough for everyone and I don't believe I spend a full $20. Everyone who was familiar with the area said it tasted like Coaches Corner's pizza and later confirmed that that is where the sports bar was before it rebranded as a full blown pizza place. I'm not mad at it.“

“I'm very upset with MYSELF! I had tried a pizza from this location about 4 years ago when I moved to Hobart. The pizza was horrible! I did see it was under new management but never gave them another chance until today! I wish I tried it again a lot sooner! OMG, I just ate a meatballs sandwich on garlic bread! It was so darn good! All these years missing out on great food because of one bad experience, and it wasn't even their fault! It was the last management that messed it up!I'm definitely going to be a regular customer from here on in! I can't wait to get another sandwich!Give them a try if you haven't yet! The pasta dishes are all family recipes passed on generations and fantastic.
