“This cafe has been in Yorktown for many years. They have very good food. When you enter you are met with an atmosphere as if you were in Mayberry. Don't leave without trying their home-made pie, and don't forget to tip your waitress!“

“On March 25, 2025, my son and I came here for a quick bite. I had the Salmon Benedict with fresh fruit and my son had the Buffalo wing starter. The food was delicious, my Benedict was creamy and the sauce was yummy. My son's only complaint was he wanted more. But I explained it's a starter not a dinner. He's 13 so he eats a lot. I think there's a compliment in there for the wings. He's can be very picky. I would recommend this place. I forgot our server was very quick and personable. We will be back.“

“First time dining here. Did not disappoint! I can be a pretty picky eater and dont typically enjoy trying new places. This experience may change that for me because it was quiet and cozy. Our server was very friendly and made wonderful recommendations.
The sweet tea was very good.
Chicken Parmesean was delicious.
The spaghetti and meatballs were spot on. The meatballs were some of the best I have ever had. We finished off sharing a delicious piece of Tiramisu. I did not feel it was overpriced. Would love to go back and try more options!!!“

“One of those you pay to get in bars, which was fine but then the bartender wasn’t the nicest and it was so loud I walked outside and couldn’t hear for 20 minutes. Hearing damage imminent. Place was cool for alt people but still felt pretty intimidating. Walked over to brothers and had a much better time.“

“I was timid to try this place because of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! When you first walk in the restaurant smells a little like mildew, and it looks very dull and old. However, the food was actually pretty good! I ordered the fresh spring rolls and the rice noodle soup. The soup is delicious! 9/10 recommend ordering it. Next time I will ask for some spicy sauce to add a nice kick. The spring rolls were very fresh and had a nice crunch from the vegetables inside of them. I'll definitely order them again! Thai Kitchen is a small hole in the wall place that I definitely think you should try! I'll definitely be back.“

“We had a date night tonight and the food was amazing (Thursday special of shrimp scampi and lobster). We also shared the Margarita Flight and loved it (we had the hot spices left off of the passion fruit one). The Brussels sprouts are worth the upgrade for a side. Service was also excellent. That's why we come back!“

“I became a patron for the food and the general atmosphere. Now it’s my go-to to get out of the house. This little gem is Muncie’s best-kept secret. Known for their statue of Paul Bunyan, this bar serves all the usual bears and has a fairly deep liquor shelf. Their food is out of this world. I personally recommend the ribeye sandwich and fried mushrooms.“

“This was a good experience. Good food, not a long wait at 6:00 about 15 minutes. We sat in the bar area at a table quick to ask us for our drink order but then she had to take care of the bar drinks so it took a few before we got our order in. Once we did normal wait on food to be made when it came out tasted good“

“Idk who you monsters are that gave this place fewer than 5 stars. Drove in to Muncie for a wedding. Was looking for some caffeine and a snacky snack and tripped over The Cup. We order the bacon brie bagel, and the turkey pesto bagel, and something boo on an everything bagel and then we ordered 3 lattes. This was everything we could have hoped for. We kept passing the sandwiches around. Couldn't decide which one we liked best. This place is amazing!“

“Going out to eat is generally a challenge for our family with a severe food allergy but that was not the case at Applebee's. They are very good and made us at ease with all the precautions they take making sure to provide us with proper information and full ingredients listed. Muncie Applebee's is a favorite for us. Sarah our waitress was awesome!

“Normally I’d give Roadhouse a 5 but not this time. Our food was brought out by a guy that had hair hanging below his eyes. I told the waitress that it was unsanitary she agreed and said several people had complained about him. Why is he still working“

“Our family always gets together for breakfast on Thanksgiving. Usually we go to another local restaurant that has a little back room that we reserve for the morning. This morning we went to that restaurant and it was completely closed with no cancellation of our reservation or anything. So last-minute scramble for somewhere for 20 people to go for breakfast. Bob Evans was more than accommodating the food, and the service was wonderful. I should have gotten the name of our waitress as she did a great job! Overall wonderful experience, especially with the last-minute nature of the situation!“

“We came here for dinner around 6:30. I didn't get the best picture but we ordered a drink, fries, onion rings, double garlic steak burger, a Frisco burger, extra sauces (ranch and Frisco).

It only took 5 minutes to get our order, which beats most fast food places I've been to recently. They made our order correctly, the dining area is CLEAN and properly stocked with the napkins, condiments and such. An employee was out cleaning and wiping the drinks area several times, it's as if the employees here actually care about the way they do their jobs. My pre-tip total was $20.70 for 2 people which happens to be about the same or cheaper than many other places around especially for food like this.
You can clearly see how they have kept costs down to offset the rising prices a bit by eliminating the cash register positions and adding the scanner on the fountain drinks. (If you haven't seen these yet, don't worry, someone will show you what to do)

This is a great experience and doesn't seem to deserve a 3.9 rating. It deserves a full parking lot. Employees from competitors should be coming here to see what it looks like when a job is done right. Well done 👏“

“I visited Ball State as an alumni for the first time in several years. We had a very large group for close to 40 in town for a wedding which also happened to be week 1 of the NFL season so we requested several large tables. We had a server named Marisa that accommodated us. She was nothing short of superb and handled our large group with absolute ease! I can’t say enough about how great she was and how accommodating the entire brother’s staff was. If I could rate the establishment on a scale of 100 I would give it a full 100! Thanks brothers!“
