“I want to give a high praise to the young man that was working December 8th at the New Albany Indiana outlet, even under immense pressure during a extremely busy time, he was professional and courteous even though several of his customers were not, I do not know his name, but he should be rewarded for his courtesy and professionalism during a very high stress situation. Young Man, you are a stellar example of what customer service is all about. Very good job.“

“My Driver was exceptional prompt got my pizza hot I wish I new her name she was by far the best delivery driver I’ve ever had when I went to walk out to her car she told me no she’s coming to me because it’s freezing and I had a lot to to carry in I hope I get her next time. “We were there today, Wednesday, November 5, 2025 had a great server, Heidi! She made great recommendations and we decided to get the extra large obviously we could not eat it all and took some with us, but it was fabulous so many things included on that one! I cannot name them all we loved it! Highly recommended you give them a try and ask for a young lady server by the name of Heidi!“
“Let's be realistic people. This is a gas station. The atmosphere is a gas station. The staff is friendly, however, this being a new store they seem to have a lot of issues with the equipment in the store. Store. They had the door voltage shut for quite some time because it literally fell off the hinges. HVAC went down, the pizza ovens went down, the fountain drink machines went down. I love the store. The store I still stop there all the time and I get pizza from them because they have good pizza.“

“This is our go-to pizza restaurant. They have great pizza, Italian dishes, and a good selection of beer. The patrons are friendly and with music, bands, and sports TVs, you have to love this place. It's a super casual fun joint where all are welcome
