“In all of the region, the Taco Bell on ridge road In Griffith is the BEST. I DoorDash so I’ve been to them All and tried them all!

Currently, they went through a huge shift in employees and are starting fresh. Anyone that goes there around this time, give them patience. They are AMAZING. I promise you!

“Listen this is an amazing taco truck. I have not been a food truck fan but the pictures caught my attention. I ordered the chicken taco dinner and from the refried beans to each taco the flavors were amazing. I didn’t get a chance to try the rice because it was so much food and my husband left it out. My food looked exactly like the pictures. I was to hungry at the time to take a picture for this review but I will on my next visit. I’ll be back!“

“Very authentic Mexican joint. It was cozy, but the food was delicious! Idk how to describe it but I've had Mexican breakfast before from many different restaurant but this one taste best like it was homemade. It's like there was more care made in the food. Not sure if that made any sense? but all I'm saying is if you go here you will not be disappointed.

“I had my 40th birthday here over the weekend using the party room with about 40 people. Everything turned out so nice. The food was delicious, the servers were very accommodating, there was live music (which I didn’t know about and many people in the party enjoyed) and a DJ at night. We had a blast and I’m so glad that I did the party here. I had a decorator come to add balloons, and some decor. I was worried that the room would be too small, but it worked out perfectly. Thank you Emilio’s for hosting my special event, we had a great time!“

“The food is good. Best Pozole and Menudo on the south side. Place is very small and not well ventilated, and it gets very smoky. I don't know if they need a bigger and better exhaust fan for the smoke or what. But the place can sometimes be hard to breathe in. Bathrooms are cramped, with old stucco walls and a very old, worn-out faucet and sink. Can't be easy to keep clean. The place could use a face-lift. For such a small place the service could be better.“

“We found this place on our way to Raleigh, NC from Chicago. Stopped here after reading reviews online. TRUST THE REVIEWS that say this place is good...IT IS GOOD! We just moved to the Chicago area from South Texas, so we know good Mexican food and this place does not disappoint! If you are anywhere near Gary Indiana, you have to stop in to Chela's. It's not fancy at all, but is very clean and the prices are good. We had the Birria Tacos, chips and salsa and several different meat tacos. Then, on our way back from North Carolina, we stopped in again! My fiance thinks this is the best Mexican food outside of Texas. THAT'S saying something! We can't wait to go back!“

There are only a 4 tables to seat and eat, and if they are full, you just have to stand and wait for your turn. Very homemade meal. The Carnitas need more flavor. The corn tortillas were amazing you can taste that are made in the tortillería no from package. On the rice flavor is good but on the refried Beans would be better if were refried with Lard not with Oil. But other that Food is really good and service.“
