I was already full at this point and got more left to eat. And I love onions on my fries, they dumped a lot of onions on my fries 😋. Then one time I had a polish so huge I was like wow I never had or seen a polish that big at any Maxwells ever.“

I felt pandemic safe there - they seem to actually take it seriously with a full wall to wall barrier and turnstile (for payment and outgoing food) between them and customers, but you can also see that they're masked up properly back there. It's cash only, so be prepared to sanitize/wash hands, but they also have an ATM right there that only costs $1 to use. I'm not often in Gary, but I wouldn't even bother to look for anywhere else to eat next time I am, I look forward to going back to elios!“
