“I went in for carry out and was greeted immediately. Granted its a slower night but Tony was super professional and even jumped in to get my food going. I happened to notice the manager and flagged to tell him how great his staff was, clean the place is, and how we were looking forward to our meal. Turned out his name was Tony and he was going around making sure the lights were perfect, the orders were right and guests were greeted. Truly refreshing to see people taking such pride and enjoyment out of their job and serving great quality. “Tonight me, my fiance and little sister went to Zao Island and went on the GoKarts. We did all the laps and got called back in. While us three were stopped ready to get out, I heard a mom say “slow down” and her child drove into the back of my cart, didn’t brake at all and I hit my head so hard on the back of my seat. To the mom, you and your little boy are not at fault at all! The workers should’ve said slow down or show them how to brake beforehand. They didn’t even check if any of us were okay afterwards. I think there needs to be an age restriction on the GoKarts or at least a mandatory demonstration for the little ones before they drive. I absolutely love Zao and mean no harm but the workers for the GoKarts needed to handle the situation better for the future. 🫶🏻“

“Had wrote a review a few days ago regarding a coupon not being utilized for a 50% off. I just deleted the review on accident but wanted to update to anyone who had read that. A manager contacted me and apologized for the mistake that had been made. The young man that had taken the order was fairly new and has now been educated on how to process that particular type of coupon. Managment was extremely apologetic and quick to recover and make me feel much better about the situation. They offered a credit for the WHOLE pizza!!! We well absolutely order from Rosati‘s again as that is our favorite pizza and the closest to Chicago as we can get in pizza.“

“Well everyone always tells me if you have bad service once you should always try again. Well I did and guess what service was still bad. With only 9 people in the bar area we asked for menus and drinks. We got the drinks but the bartender was too busy on her phone to come back and take our order. After waiting almost 30 minutes I walked out. I use to go there at least three times a week. Never again.“

“This Applebee's is super! Staff is wonderful. Food is great! We stopped at the one in South Bend & after we were seated no one came by for 15 min & it was not busy at all at 2:30 in the afternoon. So we decided to keep driving. Stopped in at this WONDERFUL Applebee's in Valparaiso. Can't say enough good things!!! Thank you- it's been a rough day after a funeral, but you all were so pleasant- we greatly appreciate it.“
