“We order online and pickup a delicious pizza every week. They also have delivery. Never been inside so don't know the atmosphere. The pickup service is very friendly and know my husband by name, he's been there so often. So glad they opened a place in Huntertown so we don't have to drive to Ft Wayne anymore.

Parking: Plenty of parking right in front.“

“I overall had a good experience at Chuck E. Cheese UNTIL I was asked rudely why I didn’t give them an 8 or 9 out of 10 rating. Not only was I caught of guard by managements approach within seconds of submitting, she made a scene infront of other customers. In my opinion, it’s extremely unprofessional to be talked to like that in front of other people. “A 8 or 9, is the only rating that benefits our location” if I could go back and rate differently, that rude encounter would have changed my rating to a 2.“

“This place has great pizza! I don't know about service. I went during the fair so they were outside selling pizza too. Rhat might be why it took forever to get service. Took quite a while foe pizza to get to the table too. They had games to alleviate the wait time. Overall giving them a pass on service due to how phenomenal the pizza was! They have a rocket game that seems cool but it isn't it just goes back and forth you can't control it just so you know.

Kid-friendliness: Them have games to play but they are old so watch out! One of them stole our money.“

“So this was my first time trying this place, it was recommended by a coworker of mine. It's 2 hr drive east of where I'm from. I choose to go with the Italian sub, which was absolutely delicious 😋. You pick your sandwich or whatever works for you from a kiosk (awesome). I got to choose to with fries instead of chips.“

“I eat here pretty regularly because all toppings are included in the price. Considering I order with no cheese, it's really nice they will pile as many toppings as possible on top. Other local places charge up to $2 (sometimes more) for just one added topping such as spinach. It's affordable and really good. Sometimes they burn it, and sometimes there's way too much dust on the bottom, but it's still 100% worth it.“

“Well atmosphere is what it is it's in a gas station so don't expect much there, but the Turkey Tempter is one of my favorite Subs of all time. I do double meat, turkey bacon loads of cheese it's epic. Been getting subs here for 15+ years and the TT is my go to. At least once month I treat myself to some elmos. “We stopped in on a rainy day for a quick breakfast before heading home out of town. Our server, Maddie, was friendly and helpful, as well as the guy who delivered our food. I have tons of dietary issues so was thrilled that all menu items breakfast through lunch are available all day, so I had a lot to choose from, and Maddie made sure my meal was exactly the way I needed it. “Stopped in last evening for a quick bite to eat and our waitress took us to our table ...who's name was Caitlyn... (possibly a K not sure). But we had the BEST customer service that I have had in as long time. She was so Sweet and checked on us continually. She also suggested when I wanted a wrap...that I didnt have to have it with Buffalo sauce could get it just plain with ranch. When she bought the food she said, "Would you like an extra side of ranch". I thought that was so kind. Then when she bought boxes to the table for our left overs she bought a lid for my ranch and a sack to Carry our containers in...ALL without me asking. I asked for the manager to come to the table for her to be recognized for her impeccable customer service!! He said, " He appreciated me bringing that to his attention". I made sure she got an excellent tip for her Kind , caring and quality customer service. BUT I ALSO THINK SHE DESERVES A 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating here as well. “This pizza hut usually makes everything just right. They might be a few minutes behind but the food is fresh and customer service is fairly quick. I do recommend they hold their staff meetings not in the small lobby lol.

Update: I had a credit for a pizza, in an attempt to get the credit added to my order they refunded my money and went to charge the lesser amount. The refund takes time and my card didn't have funds to charge it. The manager was very kind in this regard. When I did not have another payment method he said consider it an early Christmas gift. Having to eat out was an unexpected expense, and his actions will give my family money towards real groceries. I love this pizza hut. Wish I could do more then write a positive review.“
