I was really craving Arbys. When I decided to get out of bed and go they told me night shift hasn’t shown up and they have to close the store at 3 ish. I understand staffing issues and wasn’t upset. The lady told me to pull up and she explained again about no one showing up and they’ve worked their shift. She gave me what they had left (beef and cheddar, large drink, and hot fries) for free. She apologized and asked me to come back again. She didn’t have to do all that....read full review
Excellent service with plenty of smiling! Seriously impressed! This is one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. Keep up the good work! Especially Sheila, who's all smiles!
