We come here probably a couple times a month for Blizzards. We just had an experience where the two girls running the window in the evening were bashing us in their headsets right in front of us. It was kind of funny that they thought we couldn't see their faces or hear them when there were only 3 feet and 2 open windows between us. Management should tell them that leaning back inside the open window doesn't make them invisible to the customer right in front of them.

Bathroom is absolutely disgusting, looks like they havnt cleaned it in MONTHS!
