“Update on my review 4/22
They need to put the women on the fries and behind the scene. They attitudes are horrible. I could barely finish reciting my order before being cut off several times . I was never told my total .. i get to the window the lady had to ask another lady what my total was . I didn’t receive a receipt just a blank stare waiting for my payment without even being told how much i had to pay. Pls put Sunday back on the window ! His bright smile and energy is missed

“Best DQ in Indy!!! My orders are always correct. Fast and friendly service, every time. If there’s a long line, don’t fret. They are fast but efficient. We go out of our way to go to this Dairy Queen. Today, I got an orange shake and a box of popsicles as I have had a sore throat and I knew just the fix! 🤣“

“Stopped here out of the blue since I had to run an errand out this way. I got the $7 chili cheese dog and it was AMAZING! It's been a long time since I've had a chili dog, the bun was warm and soft, it was hot, came with chips, a drink and a sundae too. Highly recommend.“

“I think the employee name is Amanda (blonde hair). She's always in a great mood. I'm a truck driver & in the area quite a bit. The reese Blizzard is always on point. Appreciate her & the dedication she puts into her customer service. I hope she gets recognized for the daily consistent effort. As a truck driver I see many people & places. This is 1 of my favorite go to spots at 71/Keystone.“

“Visited today with an app order for in store dining. Staff was friendly and accommodating for a slight order adjustment request when I arrived. Food was hot and fresh, dining room and bathroom was clean. They held our dessert to make fresh after the hot food. Don't miss the rewards and coupons on the app!“

“First time at this location. I went through the drive-through to order two drinks and one food item. The service was quick and efficient. Huge props to the staff members for their patience while I reloaded my bank card during payment… I will come again, as this is close to my work. Very professional and very friendly.“

“We are from out of town but dairy Queen is always our go to for ice cream. They were busy but the 1 and only guy working there was amazing. He got our order right even though he had to write it down and couldn't make it till we got to the window. He had several cars in front of us and behind us but got everything correct. I hope the owners of this establishment pay him more than minimum wage and he gets a bonus because I would have quit and walked out if I had to do all that by myself.
5 stars and above for the guy working, 4 stars because the owners need to hire more people and clearly don't care about their employees.“

“We came to this Dairy Queen after a bad experience at the W 71st location and the environment was completely different. The employee at the walk-up window was respectful and polite. We were greeted immediately upon walking up, and our orders were prepared very quickly. We were thanked and told to have a great day, and the food was great too.“

“The food this time around wasn't that great at this location but the gentleman working the front counter was so sweet and knew just about everyone that walked in and greeted them as soon as they walked through the door and ensured that all the customers where all set with their meals and content“

“This is the sweetest little chain in Fountain Square! They mostly do ice cream...no burgers or fries. Hot dogs and chili dogs, yes...with chips, a medium drink, and a small sundae (which is a solid bigportion, imo!) for $10... But they do also have the fabulous banana splits!!“

Parking: Someone put a lot of thought into the wide paarking no door dings

Kid-friendliness: The staff was friendly and happy seemed to enjoy their job or managers

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide Doorways counter height, and parking was made easy by having low are no curves around the building.“

“A good place to go for a Blizzard. I have enjoyed this ice cream special treat for over 10 years. They have a wonderful burger and fries. Come to my local DQ and eat a good meal and remember the good ole days.
Friendly employees who were able to help with my order.“

“Was at drive thru 9pm Tues night. 2 vehicles ahead of me although I was able to pull right up to speaker and order in which I did, a large Butterfinger Blizzard, it took 24 mins from time I ordered to get thru the 2 people ahead of me then to my single blizzard, was a little long. Not that big of a deal typically, my blizzard had a lid on it so I couldn't actually see the ice cream until I got back to the house I was painting. It wasn't but half full then it looked like someone tried adding more from a separate batch or something. I not sure but it didn't have much candy pieces and wasn't mixed well at all. If it wasn't close to close I would've went back and had a replacement made. . Very disappointed $7.50 for a cup of soft serve with a lil bit of candy sprinkled in, c'mon y'all can do better than that!.

Parking: Individual parking spots. Just not a lot.
