“i decided i wanted me a sweet treat like 15 minutes before close and they had their lights off (they close at 11) but james and daniel (or david i can’t remember haha) were working and couldn’t have been nicer. usually fast food workers are irritated and annoyed when it’s that close to closing time but i didn’t get a glimpse of that. i really appreciate it!! 10/10 workers“

“Stopped here out of the blue since I had to run an errand out this way. I got the $7 chili cheese dog and it was AMAZING! It's been a long time since I've had a chili dog, the bun was warm and soft, it was hot, came with chips, a drink and a sundae too. Highly recommend.“

“Great place so clean and fast service had the number 5 double with french fries and a drink around ten to eleven bucks when I went in the manger was hanging Christmas decorations and she was busy and the guy in the back jumped right on it and came and helped me food was made fresh definitely recommended.“

“We are from out of town but dairy Queen is always our go to for ice cream. They were busy but the 1 and only guy working there was amazing. He got our order right even though he had to write it down and couldn't make it till we got to the window. He had several cars in front of us and behind us but got everything correct. I hope the owners of this establishment pay him more than minimum wage and he gets a bonus because I would have quit and walked out if I had to do all that by myself.
5 stars and above for the guy working, 4 stars because the owners need to hire more people and clearly don't care about their employees.“

“Dayla and Kenzie did an amazing job! I am not a big fan of caramel ans fhe biscoff blizzard normally has a decent amount. The both made sure to communicate to do a much lesser amount. Plus Kenzie recommended the biscoff blizzard because I LOVE BISCOFF as being delicious in comparison to another flavor I was going to try.“

“A couple of days ago was my 2nd time going and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is always professional, polite and friendly. I enjoy dealing with them and when I'm in Indy and have a hankering for ice cream they are my go to place.

“This is the sweetest little chain in Fountain Square! They mostly do ice cream...no burgers or fries. Hot dogs and chili dogs, yes...with chips, a medium drink, and a small sundae (which is a solid bigportion, imo!) for $10... But they do also have the fabulous banana splits!!“

“We come here probably a couple times a month for Blizzards. We just had an experience where the two girls running the window in the evening were bashing us in their headsets right in front of us. It was kind of funny that they thought we couldn't see their faces or hear them when there were only 3 feet and 2 open windows between us. Management should tell them that leaning back inside the open window doesn't make them invisible to the customer right in front of them.

Still, we always get good Blizzards and good service and will continue coming here. Just one funny experience.“

“I went through the drive thru Friday May 29 @ 5pm my experience was ok but not great. I ordered a Large Royal New York cheesecake blizzard, 2 small cups of plain vanilla ice cream, a medium Reese's cup blizzard, a regular coney dog, and a DBL bacon ranch burger. The guy taking the order said that he didn't hear the first part of my order, so I repeated the large blizzard and 2 small cups of ice cream. He gave me my total of $40.but I didn't think about it at that moment that $40 was a bit high for what I ordered. We got up to the window I paid with my card and he brought my card and receipt back to me then handed my husband our order. He gave me 2 Large sundae.cups.of Vanilla ice cream and our blizzards then our bag of food. I just thought they didn't have small cups so they used the big sundae cups. I didn't realize until after we got home and ate our food and I looked at the receipt that he charged me $6.49 for each cup of ice cream.. Remember I asked for Small! $13 for 2 Large cups of ice cream for my 2 small dogs is absolutely ridiculous. I didn't go back because like I said we were already home and had ate the food. But honestly $40 was too much for what I ordered. It was good but not that good. I will definitely be paying more attention to my receipt next time.“
