“We appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. There was an issue with the app not taking off the discount. The manager stepped on and helped to rectify the situation. Things happen and don't always work the way they are supposed to. The real measure of a business is how they fix things when they aren't working. This location took care of it with minimal prompting and was pleasant to work with!“

“Visited today with an app order for in store dining. Staff was friendly and accommodating for a slight order adjustment request when I arrived. Food was hot and fresh, dining room and bathroom was clean. They held our dessert to make fresh after the hot food. Don't miss the rewards and coupons on the app!“

“First time at this location. I went through the drive-through to order two drinks and one food item. The service was quick and efficient. “We are from out of town but dairy Queen is always our go to for ice cream. They were busy but the 1 and only guy working there was amazing. He got our order right even though he had to write it down and couldn't make it till we got to the window. He had several cars in front of us and behind us but got everything correct. I hope the owners of this establishment pay him more than minimum wage and he gets a bonus because I would have quit and walked out if I had to do all that by myself.
5 stars and above for the guy working, 4 stars because the owners need to hire more people and clearly don't care about their employees.“

“We came to this Dairy Queen after a bad experience at the W 71st location and the environment was completely different. The employee at the walk-up window was respectful and polite. We were greeted immediately upon walking up, and our orders were prepared very quickly. We were thanked and told to have a great day, and the food was great too.“

“This is the sweetest little chain in Fountain Square! They mostly do ice cream...no burgers or fries. Hot dogs and chili dogs, yes...with chips, a medium drink, and a small sundae (which is a solid bigportion, imo!) for $10... But they do also have the fabulous banana splits!!“

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide Doorways counter height, and parking was made easy by having low are no curves around the building.“

“A good place to go for a Blizzard. I have enjoyed this ice cream special treat for over 10 years. They have a wonderful burger and fries. Come to my local DQ and eat a good meal and remember the good ole days.
Friendly employees who were able to help with my order.“

“Was at drive thru 9pm Tues night. 2 vehicles ahead of me although I was able to pull right up to speaker and order in which I did, a large Butterfinger Blizzard, it took 24 mins from time I ordered to get thru the 2 people ahead of me then to my single blizzard, was a little long. Not that big of a deal typically, my blizzard had a lid on it so I couldn't actually see the ice cream until I got back to the house I was painting. It wasn't but half full then it looked like someone tried adding more from a separate batch or something. I not sure but it didn't have much candy pieces and wasn't mixed well at all. If it wasn't close to close I would've went back and had a replacement made. . Very disappointed $7.50 for a cup of soft serve with a lil bit of candy sprinkled in, c'mon y'all can do better than that!.

Parking: Individual parking spots. Just not a lot.
