“Food was very hot.. Everything was fresh, however, in the lobby.. Most of the tables i all had chicken crumbs on them and the floor could have used a little sweeping.... Either way, I watched my own table and got all the crumbs off and I ate.... I was completely satisfied other than that“

“I rated this 1-Star 6 years ago. I'm standing here again, 6 Year's later, and they're still the worst Popeyes in the state. They don't have a single employee working here that is even capable being organized, staying on task, or giving a shit about providing any semblance of customer service.“
“I’ve been to this Popeyes twice in the same week and had a great experience both times, largely because of the excellent customer service.
On my first visit, I ordered ahead and our plans changed, so I decided to eat inside with my girls. The restaurant was clean, my order was ready on time, and everything was correct. Every item I needed was in the bag — no missing sauces, no forgotten apple pie, nothing. That alone impressed me, because something is usually forgotten at most places. We were able to sit down and eat with no issues.
On my second visit, I ordered inside and was helped by Amorie (or Amori — apologies if I’m spelling it wrong). She was friendly, patient, and very professional. I even watched another customer be rude to her, and she never changed her tone or attitude. She continued to help him and made sure he got what he needed. She was clearly working hard and making sure everyone was taken care of. My food was fresh and correct again, and she let me know my pie was still coming and personally brought it out to me. The restaurant was clean once again and comfortable for dining inside.
To be honest, past visits many years ago are what kept me from coming back to this location. The customer service back then was rude and made it feel like asking for your order to be correct was an inconvenience. This time was a completely different experience and feels like a fresh start. It actually made me want to come back again.
Amorie/Amori deserves recognition — 10/10 customer service. I don’t mind spending my money here if this is the level of service being provided. I wish there were more people like her in these establishments.“
“I first went to the Popeye's on Pendleton Pike first. The treatment was terrible the wait was crazy and service was bad. My wife and I really wanted Popeye so we went to this Popeyes' closer to our house... I love this location. Everything was good and hot. I went through the drive-thru and the lady taking the order was nice and the guy at the window was great. The food was delicious.“
“So I tried to order online like I always do but it wouldn’t allow me too, and with the storm I thought the store was closed, but since I traveled 20 minutes I decided to finish the remaining 7 minutes and they were indeed open. Coming in, the expeditor running the front cash register was extremely busy, but when she noticed me she spoke and told me she would be right with me. She finished her last ordered and took mine, helping me with my Popeyes app and coupon code. She listened to what I wanted and kept a positive attitude throughout the experience. She gathered my order quickly and respectfully told me to have a great day. This is by far one of the BEST experiences I’ve had in a long time. I generally get attitude, wrong orders, and long wait times anywhere I go which makes me not want to give these multi million/billion dollar companies more money. However, she made me feel like I was h the only one in the store and genuinely seemed happy to do her job! I hadn’t eaten all day so this was my breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I’ve worked fast food and as a server for years, and because of her I will be coming back. Pendelton pike although only 5 minutes from my house always has old food, a poor attitude, and leaves me angry every time. Not today! I only wish I had gotten her name because she deserves a promotion and a raise! Thank you so much for this experience, I genuinely appreciate it.“
“When I arrived for my online order, there weren’t any legs available. The order was for my mother-in-law who has been sick lately and has cancer. When I explained how much she wanted it they got fresh chicken in without hesitation. Moments like this make my heart warm. Very grateful for their customer service!!“
“They're so on it 100% the young man and woman are not only on top of every single order but they legit move people thru the line so smoothly like it's 2nd nature. Give these workers a raise! At least 25% cus they r keeping ur establisment open! Look next door. Rallys is closed for a reason. Love Popeyes and not exaggerating at all... This one is it!“
