QDOBA Mexican Eats, located downtown, offers a low-key dining experience with typically minimal crowds. The restaurant's ordering and payment process is efficient. A popular menu item is the chicken protein bowl, which includes double chicken, double fajita veggies, pico, lettuce, and salsa. Despite not having queso and sour cream, this bowl has been praised for its taste and value. However, there have been complaints about the restaurant's cleanliness, both inside and outside, as well as the unavailability of certain menu items such as veggies and guacamole. There is a hope for improvements to ensure the restaurant's success.
