Went to walk-up...there was a lady there for a delivery service. They made her wait for an order (already paid for mind you) until they cleared the drive-thru...there were no cars @times & by now three of us are stand'n there...(2) of us are picking up for ourselves - NOT A Service! We were there long enuf that they forgot what we ordered & had to show our receipts to get our food? I've had unpleasant experiences @Several Rallys within past year...I'm DONE?. I got 2 chicken bite boxes around 8:00. I usually have no problems with this location but when I opened the boxes I was surprised to see only 9 chicken pieces whilst the whole bottom of the container is filled with fries. It is the same way with my fiancés where she has 10...
