“I must admit that I love visiting the Kokomo Penn Station! The staff is so nice and the food has been delicious on multiple visits. Finding a place in Kokomo with great customer service isn’t very easy. You can tell that this location is well managed!

“I love their southwest chicken sandwich and cream of broccoli soup. For sometime now the creamy broccoli soup has been more watered down and not as great. I commented to one of their workers and they said they notice it also. Guess check before you order.“

“Absolutely hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Subway. Princess Mayo (store manager) is an absolute sweetheart while tending to us and made great suggestions on different combinations to try on our subs. Will most definitely visit this location again! And they have the cutest box of cookies!“

“I purchased a Subway Club Wrap, very yummy! I do have have to say that their prices have gone up quite a bit (Just like everyone), but they always have fresh meats & veggies. Not something we can afford all the time, but it's nice to enjoy once a month or so. The 931 (Reed Road) store is our go to place. The staff is helpful, friendly, efficient, & attentive to your want's.
Vegetarian options: They have Vegan Sandwiches or Salads!
Parking: Loads of parking spots & all are close to the building. Even have nice Handicap Parking spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a cement ramp into the front entrance for wheelchair accessibility or easier accessibility for walker's & canes.“

“Love the new Dippers.... Soooo Good. Lincoln Rd Kokomo IN location DESPERATELY needs MORE employees.... for the last year.. at least... its Only 1 or 2 people there... they are Nice but getting slaughtered. I only go there if I have 30 min to burn... but 95% time I just leave after waiting in DT JUST to place an order let alone then the wait for them to make.it. PLEASE get some kind of incentive for them to work there AND STAY there.

“Excellent sandwiches. Also… I mistakenly thought that they shorted me half of my order and called to complain. They guy was super nice and trying to help me when I realized my son had already taken half of the order out and set it aside for us. When I told the guy we found them he was super nice about that and was just glad we had our whole order. I feel so bad lol. Order was perfect and we’re enjoying the first half right now.“

“After having one heck of a day already my daughter and I wanted something to eat and found charleys on google.. We walk in and finally decided what we want to order and my card is not working! I said let me go online and place the order and the website would not work lol..the manager (i think his name is caleb) comes and tries to help and it won't work for him either..long story short he made us food and brought it to us and said I hope this makes your day better..he has no idea how much this turned my day around..I am normally the one who pays and does things all the time for others without any reasoning, just because its the right thing to do so I am floored and so grateful..what a sweet man. I will refer charleys to everyone and this will be our go to when we come to kokomo..thank you so very much. What an amazing manager and staff..Oh and the food was super good ❤️🥰“
