Wheelchair accessibility: I think It's wheelchair friendly but I went through the drive through and honestly didn't pay attention to it.“

“Ordered inside and got a crave clutch. Apparently when I ordered the individual did not hear me request cheese, i went back in to attempt to correct this issue. The individual at the counter advised the cook of the issue who responded with "i ain't showing no cheese, they didn't pay for cheese" in a very condicending voice. I took the food and left.“

“Y’all! Fazoli’s in Lafayette fixed us up!! I won a Valentine’s dinner for 2. We were allowed to choose whatever we wanted! The Chicken Carbonara is to die for! How have I missed this on their menu?? The Salad, the NY Style cheesecake with strawberries and the hubby’s Triple Chocolate cheesecake, the breadsticks were hot and fresh! And the flowers and gifts y‘all! Our table was decorated so nice!! Our food was hot and delicious! One of the managers, Michael, made sure we had everything we needed and everything was tasting right! This is the first year they’ve had this contest and they’re going to continue it! I hope we win next year, too! 😂 Michael even took our picture and it’s going in the Fazoli’s newsletter! “Tonight (09/29/24) my Fiance and I were trying to purchase dinner for a birthday event late after work; I placed this order at another location and had a terrible experience to say the least. We did not take the food but we did receive a credit from said store. Afterwards we had called the Beck LN location to see if they would transfer the credit seeing as we really didn’t want to use it at the store had a bad experience with. Unfortunately this is not their standard practice. However, after explaining what had happened the manager working tonight (Dylan) expressed extreme hospitality as well as a sincere apology & offered to remake our order at no cost of our own to provide a better experience. When we went in to pick up the food at Beck LN it was hot, made with love, and executed in a timely manner! Dylan even surprised us with cinnamon rolls! 10/10 the best experience I’ve had with a local restaurant in YEARS! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE ???

I recently visited Pizza Hut, and it was an amazing experience that brought back so many childhood memories. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a wave of nostalgia—the familiar red booths, the checkered tablecloths, and the scent of freshly baked pizza took me right back to the days when going to Pizza Hut was a special treat.

The food did not disappoint. The pizza was just as delicious as I remembered—perfectly crispy crust, gooey cheese, and a flavorful sauce that tied it all together. I also ordered the breadsticks, which were warm, buttery, and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying.

The service was great, too. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a good meal.

“i visit Arbys for breakfast each morning in drive thru. but 3 times this week, ordered sausage croissant sandwich, got ham & cheese. customer service is great, but whats up with giving wrong sandwich so often? usually happens 1 time a week.“

Then a man yelled at me to come back to first window after I pulled up to second window. He gave me my bag of food. Slammed window. I didn’t get my drink. I had to honk my horn to get help. My sandwich was pretty much thrown together. No napkins in bag. I think there is a reason this place is not busy.“
