“Ordered inside and got a crave clutch. Apparently when I ordered the individual did not hear me request cheese, i went back in to attempt to correct this issue. The individual at the counter advised the cook of the issue who responded with "i ain't showing no cheese, they didn't pay for cheese" in a very condicending voice. I took the food and left.“

“I was very disappointed when we went to Culver's a little before 9 pm, I check the website for closing time and it was 10 pm so we had time to go in for custard. we get there and they were already closed and this was a little past 9pm, that is not 10 pm, either someone doesn't know how to tell time or they don't want to work. we went to DQ they were open!“

“Y’all! Fazoli’s in Lafayette fixed us up!! I won a Valentine’s dinner for 2. We were allowed to choose whatever we wanted! The Chicken Carbonara is to die for! How have I missed this on their menu?? The Salad, the NY Style cheesecake with strawberries and the hubby’s Triple Chocolate cheesecake, the breadsticks were hot and fresh! And the flowers and gifts y‘all! Our table was decorated so nice!! Our food was hot and delicious! One of the managers, Michael, made sure we had everything we needed and everything was tasting right! This is the first year they’ve had this contest and they’re going to continue it! I hope we win next year, too! 😂 Michael even took our picture and it’s going in the Fazoli’s newsletter! We did not take the food but we did receive a credit from said store. Afterwards we had called the Beck LN location to see if they would transfer the credit seeing as we really didn’t want to use it at the store had a bad experience with. Unfortunately this is not their standard practice. However, after explaining what had happened the manager working tonight (Dylan) expressed extreme hospitality as well as a sincere apology & offered to remake our order at no cost of our own to provide a better experience. When we went in to pick up the food at Beck LN it was hot, made with love, and executed in a timely manner! Dylan even surprised us with cinnamon rolls! 10/10 the best experience I’ve had with a local restaurant in YEARS! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE ???

It is not good ordering on line because they don’t save your order after they say it’s ready and when I wanted to pick it up, they said they had ran out of the food I ordered. Then wouldn’t refund the whole amount - said there was a DoorDash charge not refundable. I don’t use DoorDash!!!“

“We stopped at the drive through to grab dinner. Greeted by a friendly voice. Parking lot was clean, not much to look at but it’s a gas station. I usually grab something small from any fast food, but today I tried the Carolina chicken sandwich and got the combo. My guy just had a burger and fries. Quick and friendly service. I recently visited Pizza Hut, and it was an amazing experience that brought back so many childhood memories. “The store was extremely cold, but it was very clean as well. There was one employee in the store when we stopped. They were very quiet and hard to hear. They weren't unfriendly, but not friendly either. Our sandwiches were correct and tasted good.“

“Went to the Popeyes on 26 in Lafayette. It was not busy. I was really disappointed. Pulled up to first window no one was there. Then a man yelled at me to come back to first window after I pulled up to second window. He gave me my bag of food. Slammed window. I didn’t get my drink. I had to honk my horn to get help. My sandwich was pretty much thrown together. No napkins in bag. I think there is a reason this place is not busy.“
