“They are NOT open 24hrs, if so then the Night time Employees are in the back SLEEPING! Doors were locked! Was at Drive through window 01:45am & there was No one there. No one came to window for 15min.
Are brunch next day (today) & is there breakfast sliders are surprisingly good!
Young lady @counter taking the orders in the morning is really helpful. People preparing the food we're busy and working hard. Everything was delicious the cheesy tots were nice and hot!“

“I was very disappointed when we went to Culver's a little before 9 pm, I check the website for closing time and it was 10 pm so we had time to go in for custard. we get there and they were already closed and this was a little past 9pm, that is not 10 pm, either someone doesn't know how to tell time or they don't want to work. we went to DQ they were open!“

“This place is solid. Their breakfast is awesome and the prices are great. If you like a real cup of coffee, this is your place. The managers and crew are top notch. I enjoy coming here. I am eating something from here at least 3 times a month. They take care in cleaning and it shows. It's a good spot to eat and wait for your Uber to go to classes. Also a great place to stop in if your headed to the fairgrounds (it's right across the street) or trader bucks (next parking lot over). I'm addicted to the coffee, egg and cheese on a biscuit, and the honey buddy butter biscuits. If I have a lot of classes that day, I will get the fresh baked granola bar and save it for when I'm hungry again .“

Then a man yelled at me to come back to first window after I pulled up to second window. He gave me my bag of food. Slammed window. I didn’t get my drink. I had to honk my horn to get help. My sandwich was pretty much thrown together. No napkins in bag. I think there is a reason this place is not busy.“

“We stopped at the drive through to grab dinner. Greeted by a friendly voice. Parking lot was clean, not much to look at but it’s a gas station. I usually grab something small from any fast food, but today I tried the Carolina chicken sandwich and got the combo. My guy just had a burger and fries. Quick and friendly service. “Y’all! Fazoli’s in Lafayette fixed us up!! I won a Valentine’s dinner for 2. We were allowed to choose whatever we wanted! The Chicken Carbonara is to die for! How have I missed this on their menu?? The Salad, the NY Style cheesecake with strawberries and the hubby’s Triple Chocolate cheesecake, the breadsticks were hot and fresh! And the flowers and gifts y‘all! Our table was decorated so nice!! Our food was hot and delicious! One of the managers, Michael, made sure we had everything we needed and everything was tasting right! This is the first year they’ve had this contest and they’re going to continue it! I hope we win next year, too! 😂 Michael even took our picture and it’s going in the Fazoli’s newsletter! This was the best Valentine’s Day ever!!!! Thank you Fazoli’s & Michael!! ❤️❤️❤️ *Michael is in the first photo. 😁 Just the nicest guy! “Me and my granddaughter went here and the service was amazing, the food was hot and fresh, and might I add that the young man, Joel, who took my order was very friendly, and so was the lady at first window, Latisha. Will definitely come back“

“Tonight (09/29/24) my Fiance and I were trying to purchase dinner for a birthday event late after work; I placed this order at another location and had a terrible experience to say the least. We did not take the food but we did receive a credit from said store. Afterwards we had called the Beck LN location to see if they would transfer the credit seeing as we really didn’t want to use it at the store had a bad experience with. Unfortunately this is not their standard practice. However, after explaining what had happened the manager working tonight (Dylan) expressed extreme hospitality as well as a sincere apology & offered to remake our order at no cost of our own to provide a better experience. When we went in to pick up the food at Beck LN it was hot, made with love, and executed in a timely manner! Dylan even surprised us with cinnamon rolls! 10/10 the best experience I’ve had with a local restaurant in YEARS! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE ???
