“Went on a Monday evening. There were no customers inside. Placed our order which consisted of 2 adults and 2 kids. It was quite a wait which seemed unnecessary considering it was full staffed, drive thru had 2 cars and 1 Uber eats which was already ready to be picked up. Staff ignored us. Food was good and nothing was forgotten.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and plenty of room to maneuver and can dine in.“
“We’ve lived in a few different locations in Indiana and have had very mixed reviews of the KFC’s that served our area’s. Since being in Lafayette for the past 8 years we frequently visit the KFC on promenades pkwy. So far we’ve been very happy with the quality of the food and service there. Please keep up the good work!“
