KFC in Indianapolis

“I came to pick up dinner the day before Thanksgiving and they were very busy with only three employees. They had great customer service and got my food out very fast for having so many orders! The chicken and sides were great. We ordered extra biscuits and 3/5 buicuits were doughy and inedible.

The employees were amazing and the desserts were delicious!“

“My biscuit was so soft and the chicken was nice and juicy and I also ordered mac n cheese, all of it was sooo delicious and I appreciate the crew that worked there this morning. They had JUST owned when I walked in and they were all nice and working hard and had the food ready, okay. The lady that took my order was so sweet. Thank you yall!“

“Just went through the drive through and ordered a 10pc buckets meal. I was unfortunately missing a couple pieces of chicken, when I went back to the store and the manger Shauntae(hopefully I spelled his name correctly) got me squared away immediately with some fresh chicken. This location will definitely continue to get my business.“

“Have been wanting KFC Original Style chicken for a while. While my wife likes Chick Fil A a little better , she did enjoy the KFC strips. Had a biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravy. I had the 3 piece Original Style chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy with a biscuit. They did have the crispy chicken and my wife said the strips were not so coated with crust that it kills chicken flavor. I may try that next time. I can hardly wait. Pepsi was No Sugar Pepsi..... OK but not as good as a good, correct ingredients diet Pepsi. Would go back if In the area.“

“Food always comes out good. Only thing I run into is I like to get the fill ups boxes and large size them. Every time, literally the last 5 times I have went there, I have ordered the 3 pcs. Tenders fill up and large size it with both sides mashed potatoes and gravy and a Pepsi. Every time they get quiet for a bit or say hang on one second then come back on and say we can't large size the sides. Where then I have to read what the menu says and explain to them I'm not trying to large size the sides. Im just trying to large size the combo. (Large sizing it gives you an extra side and a large drink) Im not sure where the disconnect is, but it seems like they would understand what the menu says and that when I say make it a large combo, I'm just ordering what the menu offers.“

“For the last couple months that I've been coming here, this KFC has been fantastic. I ordered online, and I come in around 15 minutes later, and my food is always ready and fresh and hot and made correctly, and I don't think enough people that have good experiences are leaving reviews“

“I think they are understaffed... as are so many fast food places since finding employees is quite difficult... but the crew this evening 5/9/26 was working their due diligence to get orders out ... the drive thru, counter and mobile orders Loads of people take to the reviews to complain... let's find reasons (as small as they may be) to give positivity to the workers who are doing their best. Thank you for your assistance, accuracy and smiling faces when at times that's the last thing you want to do.“

“I used the KFC app and came across a deal, the app told me to give the store 20-30
Minutes because my chicken order size was large. I sent my daughter to pick it up, I had to return it because the chicken appeared old and mushy. And one of my order were wrong. I pulled in and saw how busy the location was. It appeared the shifts may have been swapping out. So I have them some time. Two young possibly both teens. Helped me out. I talked to the thing gentle men for a little who had Hopes to attend Pike, the young lady came to check on me for a moment. She was called for assistance in the back. I believe it to me a manager I am not sure of what his title was, but he apologized and resolved my order. He also appeared to be doing an interview! Praying they keep the staff they need to fill in whatever area they need it. Thank you staff for your professionalism! Praying for the young man to make it further then pike and to attend an amazing college and to do some great things with his future. Keep up the good work everyone!“

“I love it, great food. The Pot Pie was awesome. The fried/Extra Christy chicken was delicious. I used your coupon which made a bucket of chicken affordable.

Kid-friendliness: I recommend Popeye and coleslaw. Great service, showing customer service.“
