“First time eating at Sam's and everything was great. Breaded pork tenderloin sandwich was the thicker style and came with country gravy and one side. Tenderloin was well seasoned and very tasty. I got the green beans that I mixed with the gravy. Tasted like green bean casserole which I love. My wife ordered French onion soup (delicious) and the Cobb salad. Huge with fresh ingredients. Topped it off with hard hot chocolate and Irish coffee. We'll definitely be coming back!“

“Great service. Lots of choice on the menu no matter what you diet (except vegan). Our party of 4 got amazing, BBQ chicken breast, fall-of-the-bone ribs, brisket sandwich, burgoo and fried fish. Sides were green beans, corn muffin, and potato salad.Having Celiac, I was thrilled to find they have a gluten-free/allergen menu. It's just an information chart really, but it's easy to read and very helpful. The waitress said she'd ask the kitchen to change their gloves to avoid cross-contamination. Unfortunately, I got glutened & have been sick for 2 days and missed a day of work.Vegetarian options: Not the best option. The green beans have lots of meat in them. Potato salad has boiled egg in it.I'm sure you could order a salad, baked potato and maybe a steamed vegetable. Check out their menu online ahead of time.Dietary restrictions: Ask for an allergen menu that lists gluten, dairy, wheat and other items. I ordered the rib & chicken combo with green beans and potato salad. The regular menu has an obscure notice box explaining the possibility of gluten cross-contamination. I have Celiac disease & asked the waitress about extra precautions. She said she'd ask the staff to change their gloves & all my items were listed as not containing gluten, wheat or dairy. When our food came out, my dinner was brought out separately, which was great. (There was no Texas toast on top of my plate either.) But, I got glutened anyway. It's hard to know what goes on in the kitchen. Eating out is usually risky so consider that if eating here. The food was well prepared and tasted great.“

“I just played RCPL free poker here. They play here every day. It's a fun atmosphere, and since it's free, a good time with only your drinks as a cost. If you play you should support the venue so they keep giving us a place to play, oh and tip your dealers if you can.“

“The beer was cold. The food is hot. But, OMG.... the trivia on Thursday evening, Amazing!!!! We had such a great time. A lovely young lady named Hope hosted the game. The game was fun and the playful banter between host, bartender, and player's was delightful.... The Men Who Stare at Goats will be back for revenge!!!! Also Courtney was cool too.“

“My husband and I are staying at Buffalo Trace State Park and had a terrible time getting there from our home near Columbus, OH. We finally got in and settled and were absolutely starving and exhausted so we searched for nearby restaurants and this one popped up. We went having no idea what to expect but were still surprised when we arrived. This place doesn't look like much from outside but we were already there and the parking lot was full which seemed like a good sign. The inside was just a dark, smoky bar (indoor smoking is not allowed where we are from so it was a HUGE shock) but it felt comfortable. The patrons were friendly and even though they were incredibly busy the bartender was also very sweet. We ordered chicken tenders, fries, and mozzarella sticks. My husband had a bottle of Bud Light and I had a Pepsi. The food came out pretty quickly. The tenders were crisp, the mozzarella sticks were stringy and gooey and perfect and the fries were seasoned spectacularly. I am a ketchup girl from the bottom of my heart but I didn't want or need any on those fries. And it was sooooo cheap. The food is simple but good and just what we needed after a hellacious day on the road. They had pool tables but we were too tired to play. My only complaint is that the music was SUPER loud so it was hard to hear my husband but, honestly, after the day we had that was probably a good thing.“

“My husband and I went on a Saturday morning. It was pretty busy the whole time we were there. There were seats open at the counter, so we sat there, which turned out great because we got to watch the ladies cook while we were there! Everything tasted fantastic! The service was quick and friendly! We'll definitely be back!“

“5 star! 10 star! This place hits home for my fiance. He's from Chicago and has been very disappointed in the "Chicago" restraunts around. We've finally found one that makes being in Louisville tolerable for him. The Italian beef with nacho cheese added was perfect ! The wings.... if your from Chicago you know. He loves it ! Thanks for keeping him happy ? ?.Kid-friendliness: Great place to make your family feel welcome. Plenty of parking lot space to walk safe with your children to the door.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces, this is large lot.Wheelchair accessibility: It is all flat service, perfect for a wheelchair.“

“There is nothing like a great Old School diner like a Waffle House. For 50 years, I have eaten at a WH in almost every City in the U.S.A. everything is exact...that flavor, the smiling faces and that sizzle on the grill.Everything I enter, it is 1975 and my Grandpa greets everyone with his toothless smile...For me, Waffle House is my personal time machine to spend time with those I have lost.“

“The wife and I had just come from the VA Hospital on Zorn Ave, in Louisville, KY when she asked me if I was up to stopping at the Cowden Corral in Louisville. “Okay so I reviewed this LOVELY and establishment back in the summer of 2022 and I'm here to tell you I have been back in December of 2023 on a much grander scale. I decided that the food was so homey, warm and delicious that I wondered if the would cater our company Christmas lunch. Well they did and they did not disappoint. I ordered enough food for 20 people and we got enough to feed at least 30 for just a little over $350. Brisket, smoked chicken, pulled pork, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, baked beans, biscuits, green beans, salad and banana pudding. The food alone was not the only attention to detail. The owner Danny was so attentive and text me on a regular basis to make sure we didn't miss anything and to offer up anything he though we may want in addition to our order. All of this attention and I learned that he was in the hospital with PNEUMONIA!! That is dedication to your business people. Don't let the outside of this establishment fool you. The love that lives in this business and the taste of the food is truly noticeable and well worth your time!“

“We were visiting from South Carolina in January. Looking for anything but fast food. Tucker's was our choice. They have daily specials and a good menu of choices. The 6oz sirloin special item, that was cooked to perfection, was first of our choices. Blackened fish and chips off the menu was the other choice. If you are in New Albany Indiana give Tucker's a try. We were very satisfied.Parking: Easy to find a spot“

“It took a long time to get food even though they were not as busy as i have seen in the past. Also they only utilized tables by the exit. They had customers basically sitting on top of each other, where they could have spread them out a little.“

“Always a must stop when passing through the area. Bartenders are usually friendly and ready to serve you, and the game area is great for keeping everyone occupied. Probably one of the cleaner establishments you will find not to far off I-64.“
