“My wife and I are return customers.
We enjoy the friendly atmosphere and it seems as if the workers practice learning the names and polite information about the return customers.
The whole team seems to go out of their way to ensure a good experience for each customer without sacrificing prompt service.
The food is of good quality and anytime we notice that the customers have an issue with their meal, the worker and then backed up by a manager visit seems to always try to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the end results.
Mike, the store manager seems to be almost everywhere and wholly aware of the pulse of his store and customers.
Mike, the manager appears to lead the example of learning his customers and their preferences, and he has always made an effort to at least give a moment or two so as to recognize repeat customers without missing pace of making the store operate almost flawless.

All seem to follow the managers lead on growing a connection with the regular customers which only strengthens the family and comfortable feeling of the restaurant.
The store gets busy and there are times when the workers have to work as fast as they can to catch up the the flow and ebb of restaurant life... but, they always appear to catch up as fast as they can to make and keep the store in a presentable look.“

“Dairy Queen is a wonderful place to take grandkids. One grandchild had a chocolate cone dipped in chocolate and another had a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. We were celebrating, so I had a peanut buster parfait. The ice cream was great and the service was fantastic. And the taste of a peanut buster parfait hasn't changed in 40 years.“

“I dom't really knoe about day shift because I'm on 3rds, but they have always been pretty awesome when I go here late at night or super early in the morning. And this may sound weird, but they have AWESOME Mr. Pibb. A lot of places have really watered down, not so great pop. Definitely recommend. Especially for the late nighters. “The long johns AW in Marion is the best! Sometimes it can be a longer wait but it is the BEST quality fast food in town. I have never gotten a wrong order. The fries are always crispy. The burgers are amazing. The fish and chicken are always well cooked. This restaurant is CONSISTENT, FRIENDLY, ACCURATE, and most importantly delicious!y husband and I visit once or twice a month and order from both menus and have never had a bad meal!“
