He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and had a friendly yet professional attitude that made the dining experience truly enjoyable. Our drinks were always full, the food arrived promptly, and he even checked in just the right amount--never intrusive, but always there when we needed something!!
His positive energy and commitment to great service created an atmosphere that made the meal even more special. It's rare to find a server who makes such a lasting impression, but Dimitri did just that! If you're dining at Olive Garden, I highly recommend asking for him--you won't be disappointed!!

“My husband and I were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. Our very first date was at OG, so we love to order from there on our day. We decided to try the new delivery option available on the website, and after waiting an hour and a half for Uber to try to get their act together, Uber canceled our order. I immediately called OG to explain what happened and to see what could be done. The GM, Nicole, was absolutely amazing! She was very upset that the delivery was messed up and did everything she could to find out what happened. She explained she was going to drive the order to us herself. She lived near our hotel and wanted to be sure we got dinner being it was already 9pm on a Saturday night. I was almost in tears. I then explained that she was saving our anniversary dinner. When she had our entire order remade, she packed a few extra goodies and included a little note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. This woman knows customer service! I encourage everyone to go to the 82nd St location in Indy.“

When I was walking up to the register, an elderly lady, despite her age, was able to get in front of me and I’m like, it’s OK. Leave it to me to be generous, 10 minutes later, she still at the register trying to order her some sort of food from her application. Unfortunately, unable to get into a line because it would’ve taken another 10 minutes with only two registers open. I had to leave and go elsewhere but this was 20 minutes of my total time during lunch.“

“We came for lunch yesterday and the wait was 1 1/2 hours (Saturday before Mother’s Day) there were plenty of tables, just not enough servers, something I think all restaurants are suffering with right now. Olive Garden made the best decision in only seating what the wait staff could handle.. and because of that our server wasn’t overwhelmed or stressed and our service wasn’t compromised!! “This was my first time visiting Sweetgreen in Fishers. It was busy when I arrived but service was fast. I ordered the Harvest Bowl salad and it was delicious! All the ingredients were just right. I’m excited to try something new next time!“

“This chick-fil-A has remodeled their outdoor drive through lanes making it easier to pickup your food. The manager/owner has been honoring hometown hero’s such as military veterans with free food items that are much appreciated. The chicken breakfast biscuits are great and so are the chicken sandwiches. I love that they have a grilled sandwich option. It’s my favorite. The employees always greet you with a smile and deliver your food with a cheerful attitude.“

There were a lot of good options on the menu and I wish I was able to try more. “Typical Panera. Great food and new items as well. Service like everywhere is in decline. We had to ask for a buzzer to complete our order and then it did not work. I will never understand how we can be asked for a tip when we enter our own order, enter the buzzer number, have to ask for glasses, pour our own drinks and serve our own table after retrieving our order from the kitchen.

Food is great and we always enjoy it.
