“Came in today during a very busy time and was helped by Melanie T. She was absolutely wonderful—friendly, kind, and very helpful. She taped my box, stapled my bag without being asked, and made sure everything was taken care of.
Even with the bakery being crowded, she stayed calm and welcoming. Those small gestures made a big difference, and I truly appreciated the great service. Melanie T is a real asset to this bakery!“

“I usually visit Muncie in the summer, so when I come here, it’s usually empty at the cup. This time I had an iced latte and a breakfast sandwich, both of which were excellent. This is always one of my must visit stops when I return to my hometown.“
