“Went there today for my first time very great atmosphere didn’t know what I was wanting to get or what I should get so I decide to ask an employee there what they think is a good recommendation. After a few recommendations I decided to go with something and when I did, I was not disappointed. I’m sure there is multiple other things there that are very good but all in all great experience very well ran and very respectful employees will definitely be going back and recommending it to others. They sure did brighten my evening!“

“Cafe Shiraz is an absolute gem! My sister and I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. First tempted by the beautiful pastries in the case, we ordered a baklava and an almond croissant. Then we turned to the menu and got the Breakfast Platter For Two. We took our seats in the cozy, bright cafe and ate our desserts first - unbelievably delicious! The baklava was flaky and delectable; the almond croissant was served warm which brought out the flavors of the buttery layers and sweet almond. Then came the breakfast platter! Life changing!!! This was essentially a charcuterie board of breakfast goodness, including fried eggs, ham, a bagel, feta cheese, butter, cream cheese, walnuts, honey, sliced veggies, strawberries, and lavash. We noshed on this wonderful concoction combining different flavors with each bite. Everything was fresh and delicious and the lavash was crispy and seasoned to perfection. In addition to the amazing food, the atmosphere is cozy and bright and the proprietor was extremely friendly. Located on the corner of Brownsboro Rd and William St, close to Mellwood, Cafe Shiraz is the perfect spot for a meal or snack before or after shopping at Mellwood Arts Center or Work the Metal, or walking around Nulu! A solid 5 stars!“

“What a great find! We happened to be walking past before our tour at Angel's Envy and noticed this place. We tried the Chicken, Gyro, Pork&Shrimp, Egg&Bacon and Egg, Ham&Cheese. All were delicious and tasty. If we lived here, we'd definitely be regulars.“

“These are some of the best tacos we have had in KY. We live in Lexington, so we make sure to stop by for some tacos whenever we go to Louisville. Their Aguas frescas(natural flavored waters) are really good too, this last time I got pineapple and my husband got mango. Both were awesome. Always clean & bright, there is a selection of pre-made foods, various alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, including espresso drinks like lattes as well as juice, soda, etc.On the weekends they have an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. It's normally well-attended and food is fresh and looks good. Quick bites to eat in or take-out, saves walking all the way to the casino for a little something. The only place in the casino to get a good specialty coffee. Be aware, they don't allow you to bring anything made here into the casino.Service is always friendly & efficient. Amanda, who works daytime shifts, has always been very helpful & friendly. I've never had a bad service experience here. Even when they couldn't get espresso in for a time due to supply chain issues, they have always been as sad as I am about it.Highly recommend a caramel latte to-go on your way out.“

“My Dr office is there at Jewish. I will go over to the cafe after an appointment sometimes. Their food is not bad for a hospital. They were in between lunch and dinner when I was in there today. So everything but the grill was closed. The employees are friendly and they keep it clean. Their prices aren't bad.“

I walked in with my family and was immediately impressed with the trendy ambiance. This place has a surprisingly nice menu to choose from considering it is a cafe. There are a number of breakfast sandwiches and paninis to choose from and they all seem so tasty! I decided to order a breakfast burrito and was pleased. It had fresh roasted peppers and onions, which gave it a nice kick. Next time I'm in the downtown area, I'll be sure to try their coffee options.“

“Fantastic space for all types of coffee days --they have a very cozy bar/ledge in the front of the shop for a quick stand-up coffee and in the back and upstairs, plent of large tables if you need to get some work done. The back patio has a covered roof but plenty of fresh air coming in. Clean and neat with a touch of coziness, and the coffee was excellent.“

“Moved to the area a little over a year ago and always wanted to try First Watch but with their hours and our schedule never aligning we never got to go until today. We ordered the million dollar breakfast sandwich and the choose two with the turkey avocado sandwich and the chicken chopped salad. We also got the dragon fruit drink, the honey cruch iced coffee, and the salted caramel doughnuts. Drinks were very good. Food was good except my order was wrong they gave me the Cobb salad and when I told our waitress the issue and the mistake and all she said was that she could bring me some chicken for the salad. I declined because we were already done eating and I didnt see the point of the chicken when they were two completely different Salads and toppings. I don't like blue cheese which was all over my salad so I picked around it and ate what I could and my half sandwich. Other than that the experience was good. Just disappointed and not the happiest with the resolution.“

First off, the staff, absolutely phenomenal. Every single person I talked to (I’m sorry I don’t remember names, my memory is lacking currently) was so sweet and helpful. I appreciate every single one of you. Second, the food was perfect and delicious. Third, the room itself was everything I hoped it would be and more.
