“It is a food truck on the side of a busy road, so it is a bit awkward, but it is colorful and clean. I will say that is fairly easy getting in and out of the lot.
Along with the food being really good, it is made while you wait, which is a bonus! The two ladies who work the stand are pleasant and patient as we were unsure about what we wanted to eat. I do recommend you give it a try if you are out that way.“

The mole sauce is truly a 'wow' experience; not for the uninitiated, but for those who know what mole is and are seeking the real deal, give this restaurant a try. Have already been back for a second visit, and found their green enchilada also very good. Even the chips and salsa are a superior flavor.“

Every type of flavor they have is amazing she says. Myself, I get the marinade pork cuz I have always enjoyed it. They add a sautéed onion with the food and 4 sauces and more than enough for us. “This is good authentic Mexican food. You can buy tamales by the dozen on some days. I live 45 minutes away and only visit Fort Wayne so often. Even if I am not able to eat in the restaurant, I stop in at the store. I pick up some their salsa, Tortillas, or tamales if they have some.“

“We sat in the bar area. We were seated immediately. Chips and salsa landed on the table almost as we sat down. Our drink order was taken and returned promptly. Our food arrived hot and looking very tasty while we were still on our 1st basket of chips and another basket was brought right after the food was put down. Our waitress was fast and efficient. “Fresh masa Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. All the masa is ready at 10am and they close at 12pm . You must call ahead of time . Sometimes there is no work so do not wait til the last min to order masa or pick ur order up. If you show up for a pick up and the door is locked ?, Call, most likely they are working in the back and if you knock no one will hear you. This place has been around for 50+years. Run by family. Used to do party orders of tortillas but they can’t now bc they are so short staffed so if you know anyone looking for a factory job. Call them 8a-12p. #supportfamilybusiness“

“My husband and I used Salsa Grille catering for our wedding last week and we would definitely recommend them! The food was delivered right on time, set up quickly, and we even were able to hire a few staff (super professional) to stay and help with keeping the food stocked/everything clean on the buffet table during dinner. The food was hot and the dishes we asked them to keep out stayed hot throughout the night. We had SO many comments about how good the buffet was and how it was the best wedding food our guests ever had - we're so glad we went the "non-traditional" route because it was delicious and there was something everyone could enjoy regardless of dietary restrictions! We would use them again for another event and would recommend them for your wedding! Our order: taco bar with corn and flour tortillas, steak, chicken, queso, guacamole, corn salsa, mild salsa, fajita veggies, white rice, black beans, and chips.“

“This place could be bigger or update the space inside for dining in HOWEVER, my family is from Guatemala and I’m from Chicago/NWI and finding good authentic family food is hard but this place is soooo good. Great for carry out orders. I get the zucchini and cheese pupusas or the bean and cheese and with the cabbage and sauce you get is soooo good when all paired together. 10/10 food, prices and service. Also the Piña is sooo good😍😍 especially so big for the price!! I will say order ahead of time because this place does get busy especially on the weekends so I’ll order 20-30 minutes in advance for my carry out order. Can’t beat the prices for the amount of food. I can feed 3 adults for $30-$35!! Only thing I can give to the owner as far as constructive criticism is more bilingual people for phone service, add silverware/ napkins in the bag & update the space inside or open another location for better dining in purposes ☺️ I would love to eat inside with a big family!
