“It is a food truck on the side of a busy road, so it is a bit awkward, but it is colorful and clean. I will say that is fairly easy getting in and out of the lot.
Along with the food being really good, it is made while you wait, which is a bonus! The two ladies who work the stand are pleasant and patient as we were unsure about what we wanted to eat. I do recommend you give it a try if you are out that way.“

“This is good authentic Mexican food. You can buy tamales by the dozen on some days. I live 45 minutes away and only visit Fort Wayne so often. Even if I am not able to eat in the restaurant, I stop in at the store. I pick up some their salsa, Tortillas, or tamales if they have some.“

“My wife and I love this place! It is our favorite place to come and enjoy authentic tacos. My wife (who is from Mexico 🇲🇽) loves this place and I can light up her face with just asking if she wants to come to El Amish!! She loves the beef tongue pork and bbq. Every type of flavor they have is amazing she says. Myself, I get the marinade pork cuz I have always enjoyed it. They add a sautéed onion with the food and 4 sauces and more than enough for us. “Fresh masa Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. All the masa is ready at 10am and they close at 12pm . You must call ahead of time . Sometimes there is no work so do not wait til the last min to order masa or pick ur order up. If you show up for a pick up and the door is locked ?, Call, most likely they are working in the back and if you knock no one will hear you. This place has been around for 50+years. Run by family. “My husband and I used Salsa Grille catering for our wedding last week and we would definitely recommend them! The food was delivered right on time, set up quickly, and we even were able to hire a few staff (super professional) to stay and help with keeping the food stocked/everything clean on the buffet table during dinner. The food was hot and the dishes we asked them to keep out stayed hot throughout the night. We had SO many comments about how good the buffet was and how it was the best wedding food our guests ever had - we're so glad we went the "non-traditional" route because it was delicious and there was something everyone could enjoy regardless of dietary restrictions! We would use them again for another event and would recommend them for your wedding! Our order: taco bar with corn and flour tortillas, steak, chicken, queso, guacamole, corn salsa, mild salsa, fajita veggies, white rice, black beans, and chips.“
