“Everything we had at Tampico's was delicious! Steak and chicken had great flavor, the salsas were fresh and brought different heats most other places don't. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Their chile toreados with onions was GREAT! Most places I've been too don't have it with onion or aren't flavored enough. We will definitely be back!“

“We visited Salsa’s tonight for dinner. Luis was an amazing waiter! He was very attentive, kind, and thoughtful. He brought refills on drinks without us asking, gave us lots of extra napkins since we were dining with our toddler, and even gave her a toy! The food was delicious as well. Highly recommend!“

“I want to say that, even though I gave this four stars, there’s really nothing bad or wrong with this restaurant. It’s just that we live in an area where there is so much good Mexican food that it felt a little disingenuous to give it five stars.
This is a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat. The service was very fast and our server was very nice. I ordered the smothered chipotle chicken burrito, which I really liked and I only finished half of because the serving sizes are quite large. My other dining partners actually split the fajitas between each other and they had no complaints.
This wouldn’t necessarily be my first choice of Mexican restaurant, but if I was in the area, I certainly wouldn’t say that I don’t want to go here.“

“I recently revisited Monterrey Mexican Grill after several years, and it was just as fantastic as I remembered! The restaurant has been remodeled, and I love the new ambiance – it’s warm, inviting, and perfect for a night out.
One standout was the strawberry jalapeño margarita – absolutely delicious! The balance of sweet and spicy was spot on. Our server was very friendly and welcoming, though she could have been a bit more attentive. That said, she was clearly busy with other tables, so it was totally understandable.
Overall, this place remains a favorite, and I’m not sure why I don’t visit more often! Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and drinks in a cozy setting.“

I coordinated with the management early on to secure a date, and they were prompt and flexible in finding a time that worked best for us. “This a true "mom & pop" diner but let me tell you it was GREAT food !!!!! I had a chorizo and eggs traditional Mexican breakfast tasted just like homemade what I make. 10 Stars for that. Mexican rice was good too. My son had crepes and liked it too. Our waitress was really friendly and kept coming to check on us...never had to once ask for a refill on coffee or Cokes. I highly recommend, just know this is just a small little dinner nothing fancy but I'll be back because I loved the food. Only open til 2 FYI.“
