McDonald's in Peru

“We were able to order quickly. Two out of the 6 kiosks were out of service. Our meals missed a few things. The staff corrected it once we noticed. We noticed that others who dined in also approached the counter for missing items. The staff did a great job with helping the customer. All the staff were friendly. The area was clean.“

“As we went through the drive through I noticed a 10 cent up charge for a coke with our breakfast meals. We asked very nice the guy that took our order. He only said it was an up charge for the mc griddle. We said no, it cleanly says 10 cents per order for coke up charge. He refused to look at our receipt. Its only 20 cents but its nice to know why they're charging. He was very confrontational!! We drove on to pick up our food and the 3 women were extremely nice and had no idea either. I don't like businesses up charging for no reason. But I really dislike employees who won't even look at the receipt and explain the issue. In my opinion he should be fired. His attitude drives people away. I definitely won't go back if I see him in the order window.“
