McDonald's in Fort Wayne

“Tried this place for lunch the other day and was pretty happy with how everything turned out. The burger was fresh, hot, and had a good amount of toppings without being messy. Fries were crispy and came out quick. The staff seemed busy but still managed to be friendly and helpful when I had a question about the menu. The dining area was clean and there was plenty of seating available. Not every fast food spot gets the basics right, but this one did a solid job. I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area again.“

“This Micky D's has only disappointed me once. This is my second review but this most recent time I was disappointed with the service and the chicken ranch wrap was basically all ranch and nasty lettuce on top of not getting any straws or a toy in the happy meal. Of the dozens times of times I have been there this has been my only bad experience. I'll give it another shot at a later date and update my review especially since this is my preferred location.b“

“Stopped by this place on my lunch break and it was honestly a nice surprise. The food came out quick, fries were hot, and the burger had good flavor without being greasy. Staff seemed friendly and kept the place clean, even during the rush. Prices were fair for what you get. I’d definitely swing by again when I’m in the area“

“This is actually one of the nicest McDonald's I've been to ever.....
I have a 30-minute lunch break and I was able to drive there get my food come back and eat before my lunch break was over.
And it was mighty delicious ?

Parking: Parking is good. Drive thru is usually packed.“

“July 31st at 6 p.m i sought out this review to tell what a great job they did in the drive thru. I was about 20 cars back and they got me thru in 9 minutes. Great job guys! There were no cars waiting on food you know when they have you pull forward. Again great job!“

“This is probably the only McDonald's in Fort Wayne that got my order right, gave us plenty of straws and napkins, and the food was put together nicely, not tomatoes falling out as you eat or the bun halfway off the sandwich. 😂 And their icecream machine worked! Thank you!!“

This McDonald’s has one of the BEST kids play areas I’ve seen in a long time 🍟🎉 It was big, bright, and super clean — honestly one of the most well-kept locations I’ve come across.
The lobby was spotless too. I didn’t check the bathrooms this visit, but everything else was clearly being maintained really well.
Service was great 👏 If you wanted to order with a real person instead of the machine, the wait time was very fast. They didn’t leave anyone just standing there — the staff was paying attention and helping people quickly. I saw about four people order at the counter with no issues at all.
And the food? They were pushing it out fast — like grandma on Thanksgiving when everybody’s hungry 😄🍔
Overall, clean, efficient, and kid-friendly. Definitely a 5-star visit for us!“

“It’s McDonald s. You know the menu. And the speed. 11pm crew was upbeat, handling their workload better than most these days. Had a mistake on our order and they prioritized as it should be and got the corrected order out in under 5. Great crew, hit em up“

“I walked down to this McDonald’s as I waited on my vehicle at Discount Tire. My experience exceeded my expectations so much that I wanted to take the time to write a review. First of all, my food was very fresh and absolutely delicious. Secondly, perhaps more importantly, I was surprised by the level of service. Not only did they easily accommodate the fact that I placed an order on my phone that defaulted to a drive-through pick up that I wanted to pick up in the store, they were very professional about it. Additionally, a nice lady walked through the tables to make sure everybody’s order was correct and to see if they needed anything. It was so refreshing to see somebody who cared about their job. I thought the store was very clean as well. I think that we all kind of just assume that deterioration of service and quality are to be expected in today’s world. But not at this store, not today.“

“Ian needs to be a manager or something he is super professional and super nice! He runs that place alot by himself definitely one of the hardest workers there i see him there almost everyday when i was in there a guy tried cat calling me and he escorted me out of the building to make sure I was safe“

“The motto I live by with fast food is that nothing can be cheap, fast, and good. Except for this specific McDonald's, apparently. The staff tonight was so friendly I thought we were at chick fil a. Great work, they all deserve a raise.“

“I sat down with my food and a worker was watching me and asked if my fries were hot I said yes she said they don't look full and offered to get me more to make it right. I told her she didn't have to but she insisted. I never had that at a McDonald's. Was pleasantly surprised“

“Nice McDonald's. Very clean. Food exactly as expected. Staff is scarce, relying on order kiosks which is a trend I don't personally appreciate, but I suppose it is more cost efficient. Parking is tight, I recommend parking on the right as soon as you pull in to avoid being blocked in by drive through customers.“

“Visiting in town, stopped here for a quick bite. We arrived toward the end of the local high school lunch rush. Our order was initially messed up, but the manager hurried to remake our order and brought it to us at our table. I placed a second order to get coffees and another sandwich (I was very hungry!) He brought the sandwich out quickly and apologized for having to make a fresh pot of coffee. He also brought those out to us.
The service provided was exceptional, and the care and concern of the manager was wonderful.
The rating of 4 was for the herd of students there and does not reflect on the store or staff.
