“First try since new ownership today. Tried the curbside pickup. Cod pieces with fries and coleslaw. You forgot the coleslaw. Fish sandwich with fries on white bread. Not sure what bread it was. Flavor was okay. Service was okay. Receipt listed things that were not included or ordered and did not list any prices. There was a take out fee as well. I tipped very well not knowing all of this. With tip of 8.00 total was 40. Not impressed.“

“KFC chicken (original) as I. Remember it. Sides good. Order wasn’t correct when it was handed to me, mentioned it and he immediately recognized he’d filled a 4 piece not a six piece, apologized corrected and tossed in two more biscuits. I appreciated that and thanked him. Good CR man!“

“Arrived at 8 o'clock and asked for unsweet tea. And I got sweet tea instead. And was told it would be replaced with an unsweet tea. And the server never did bring me that. I think they were trying to rush all the customers out, because they were putting chairs on top of the tables and sweeping. The food was good, but the atmosphere certainly was not“

“Why would a 230 lb. 55 year old man have an emotional moment in a fast food place? I went on solo trip weeks ago to immerse myself in all things bourbon. In the early 90's we had a Lee's franchise in Tulsa, OK. We (celebrated our 26th anniversary this year.) were young & still working our way thru college. Lee's was delicious & always a lunch special or meal deal made it an affordable favorite. In the mid 90's it closed & I haven't had Lee's in over 25 years. I shared with a man in line my story & everyone heard. So between the patrons & staff I was guided thru the process. As I took my 1st bites I was transported back in time to those exact flavors, seasonings, textures I recalled from so long ago. I was having that "moment" when a patron from earlier checked on me. She asked if I was OK after I turned to answer. I said "ma'am everything is exactly, exactly as I remembered it. Flavors, seasoning, breading, texture, all of it. (Thank you Lee's Bardstown, Ky. like more than a delicious meal, just like I remembered. Thank you for a trip down memory lane.)??“

“Jaylana (if spelled wrong, my sincere apologies) went above and beyond with her customer service! She was very personable, friendly, and prompt. The drink machine in the dining room wasn't working. We told her not to worry about our refills as she had just sat down for her break. She absolutely insisted on taking care of us first. I say she's a 5 star employee and deserves to be recognized for her phenomenal job performance and friendliness!“
