“I went to a Subway a few says ago and was pretty disappointed, but Subway is convenient. I decided I would try a different one. This subway was way better than my last experience. I wanted the cold chicken, and instead of telling me no, she said that it is recommended it get heated. I don't like it heated, and she was perfectly fine with it. She didn't try to argue like the last subway. Of course, the food was also delicious.“

“The night staff (9 pm) on 11/22/2025 at this Westfield location should get a raise for the level of care they put into my family’s food order. They were friendly when I called my order in, took time to make our food orders when we arrived, and these are the best sandwiches I have ever had since I have ordered at this location. “Love this Subway. Subway was instrumental in helping me lose weight several years ago with all their healthy choices. Moved to Westfield from out of state. One of the first things I did was shop for my next Subway. The Subway at 976 E Tournament Trail in Westfield, Indiana was the winner. They had it all. Great location and GREAT service. After several visits, did I mention I go there frequently, I felt like Norm in the sitcom Cheers. Everyone knows your name. All of their employees, and they always have plenty of employees on hand especially during the noon rush, are kind and respectful. A shout out to one of the sandwich artists, Wilson.
