Starbucks in South Bend

“We just cant pass it up when you walk into martins and all you smell is that amazing coffee. So of course we have to indulge lol my husband and I share a cup we never order the same thing and usually ask the girl at the counter what she recommends it is always easier cause then you get to try different stuff just add sugar if you don't like how strong it is ??“

“I came in this morning after I had put in a mobile order but I realized that it may take a little while for me to get my drink than usual because it sure was busy! I had to be to court by 830. Megan was coming around and giving out free samples and she asked me what my name was. I told her a little bit about my situation and that I was a little nervous I may have to leave and was wondering if they could at least put my drink up for me and I would be back to get it, she said that she would push it through And get it out in five minutes for me so that I could make it there on time and that exactly what she did for me! I really appreciated that! She so was lovely! It definitely made my stressful morning a lot brighter! Thank you again Megan.
I’m returning this afternoon to add even more to this review. While I got my drink this morning I didn’t receive it in a red cup. Which I was fine with but I did really want one. This afternoon before going to work I called to see if they had any left and Samantha told me she would put one up for me! The employees here are absolutely amazing. Megan and Samantha thank you so much!“

“Fine version of the line of coffee bars. This one has great location across from the lovely sculpture park and offering sidewalk seating options. The dining area is large, but half empty due to social distancing constraints and therefore now feels a bit disjointed.Probably ND students working the counter and these girls were great, offering to remake any other drink if I didn't enjoy the new iced chocolate almond milk that I ordered. It was great and I didn't take them up on it, but the gesture was lovely.“

“Honestly, I could write something huge from the heart about this team. Every single time I come in, they go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Best team, best store — hands down!“

“Exactly what you would expect from a neighborhood coffee shop. The greatness here is in the employees! During winter, one of the employees left the cozy building trudged her way through the snow and delivered my special order! That is excellent customer service.“

“It was my dogs 12th birthday and she is too old to get into the car. The barista at this location made her a pup cup to take home to her. That was so completely awesome!!! She wrote happy birthday Bella on the cup as well. Made mine and my dogs day. Thank you so much!!!!“

“Due to theee rudeness @ my home store on Western Avenue in South Bend I have to make a small trip to the location on 23 & Ironwood in Martin’s… the Manager Kayla & her TEAM ROCK! They never disappoint!

“This Starbucks is so wonderful, the staff are my favorite part of my morning. They are always so welcoming and kind. Thank you to all of you working here and your dedication to your customers. I own a small business right around the corner and come here almost every morning just to see them and get my drink.
