I'm only taking a star off because I sat at the drive thru window for several minutes watching them prep drinks and take orders while waiting to pay and then waited another 10 or so minutes for my food. Once I got my food it was fresh and delicious. This was about 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night.

Dietary restrictions: I have found that every Culver's I eat at is very accommodating to my food sensitivities. In fact, they give me a discount for having them remove all of the toppings from the chicken sandwich!
