“I love Starbucks, I come here when I want strong coffee, the service can be iffy and they don't always make your drinks the way you customize them, which is a bummer considering I pay extra for that stuff. Usually though the employees are friendly and do a great job.

“Updated Feb 2026. Still have a line but MUCH IMPROVED, attitudes of the team. Last 5 orders have been CORRECT!.. Finally can use this location again! Last year: 30% error rate. I order 100% using the app but they can't seem to follow the label! The other locations are miles away, otherwise I'd use a different location. Been ordering the same thing for over 10 years, average 2000 stars per year. Will have to find a new coffee location!! Starbucks can do a latte better, I've never had a problem in other states or traveling. Never concerned, always a line.“
“When I placed the order on my phone, I chose the wrong store address. I waited for a long time in this Starbucks. A staff member came over to ask me about the situation. After looking at my order, she told me I had come to the wrong address. But she made a cup for me for free and was very friendly. I was very touched and grateful for the kindness of this Starbucks staff member.“
